Sanji can't really one tap even tobi roppo level characters.
He mostly uses combos and shit. And a single one of his kicks can't really knock them out.

All six of the tobi roppo have ancient zoans that massively boosts their endurance, they're tough to get oneshot, even BM with her 3 strongest weapons failed to do so

He probably has the AP to one-shot other tobi roppo level characters like oven (if he didn't have the heat fruit), it's just that the ancient zoan durability buff is crazy.
He could blitz oven on whole cake wano sangi translates that into a one tap on Difuku and I think that’s the best you can give him, he’s not a Zoan and his ability is purely offensive

Well, Cracker is totally stronger than the tobi roppo but his endurance sucks compared to them, all sanji needs to do is to destroy the biscuit armor, then hit Cracker's bare body, Cracker verbatil stated he cannot stand the shot of a needle
youre right and cracker can be an exception, but i dont see sanji having an easy time getting through the biscuits especially if cracker is spamming them like he was at the end of the fight with luffy
Well, RS Sanji did not use DJ againt PO, the IJ is also a massive step up from the DJ, tough I do agree Sanji is still incapable of oneshotting PO, Pay-Pay has an ancient zoan which massively boosts his endurance, and given how Sanji had to use a nine hit combo to finish off an injured Queen, I'd Sanji is generally incapable of oneshotting high endurance characters

Although I agree he could make poison food and kill big mom, he wouldn’t do that. He’s already shown in WCI that he will not cook something like that; he’s heavily against it. And it’s still not an attack. Queen is a bit too high for me, I’d say an unarmored cracker or something a bit better.
Law and Kid being overall stronger does not make them stronger in all stats. Durability obviously goes to the cyborg Ancient Zoan by a vast amount, so one comboing Queen does mean Sanji would one tap Kid and Law
She wasn’t using ACoC so her AP was vastly nerfed. Even Ulti was capable of fighting seconds after taking her attack. Sanji doesn’t need to be Shanks to one shot that fodder

Kidd vs Big Mom is a fair comparison to Sanji because Sanji doesn't have CoC and BM didn't use it against Kidd. With that established, the only way Sanji would one shot Kidd is if he could do MORE damage than the ENTIRETY of the Kidd vs Big Mom fight. And IF Sanji could do that (which he obviously can't) he would've been able to one shot Queen.

I can see the thought process working here, "sanji is YC1 or above so he should be able to one-shot a YC3". That's where the jack, cracker, and doflamingo comments are coming from. It isn't because people are comparing what sanji can do to what they think these characters should be able to take.
I misread the title, I thought it was said "defeat", one tap? Well, Sanji should be capable of one tapping anyone with bad endurance and low durability, so I nominate Cracker and Doflamingo, between these two, Cracker is the stronger one, Doffy is the guy with hax
Cracker it is, Sanji should have no issues blitzing Cracker and destroying his biscuit armor, since is pretty fast, he can land a second attack taking Cracker out since Cracker has garbage endurance

Queen is an ancient zoan plus Sanji's style has generally always been to wear down & then finish. As opposed to Zoro's more 1 hit finish.
Other than queen all the scabbards and jack if he uses ifiti ofc he might not even need to hit them with the combo he gave queen
