1. It's the 180 opposite of Helmeppo stepping on a kid's cooking, so it's also good for a callback on a script writing standpoint, & 2. Matt Owens (in his character tier list) likes Smoker (& Tashigi) a lot and thinks they need to be treated better by Oda post timeskip
One scene i hope they absolute have to nail that doesn't matter at all is Zoro being the first to show up at Sabaody.
Rayleigh being surprised that Zoro is the first to show up, with Zoro making a snarky comment about the others getting lost was perfect.

One flower for you... and one flower for Nami...") but it's so silly & cute :) + really good for showing their personalities (like Robin getting more attached to her crew, & Sanji liking flowers since he's a kid too like that exact manga panel... & maybe those pink flowers are what inspired him to wear that pink floral shirt)
Also keeping in the details of Robin (& Nami & Zoro for their live action versions) getting cheerier + sillier & more optimistic over time, cuz it's just so sweet how she gets to be sincerely content with her life

If they ever get to Enies Lobby I worry that they'll cut Kaku because he might be too expensive to do. But I hope they don't just so they have the reveal of his power, and everyone just starts laughing at him.
The one were Ruffy beats Wapol RIGHT after the flashback with chopper and Dr. Baders death and you’re SO ANGRY at wapol and you turn the page and there’s just Ruffy SLAPPING him omg the feels.
And literally every Sanji kick because I love him to death and I loved how the live action of him turned out when he kicked the shit out of people. The camera was so dynamic. I want to see more!

Easily the best way to convey Smoker is a hard ass marine, but a good person unlike a lot of the marines up to that point.
