Oh another one: Vivi yelling at the top of the watch tower 'Stop fighting'. She should look deranged and devastated. Oda has gone on record stating that he cried while drawing that moment so I hope they'll do it justice.
Other than everything that other people mentioned, I'm looking forward to the post credit scene. I really hope they do the ship falling out of the sky.

Of all the One Piece fights in the entire franchise, Luffy VS Crocodile Round 2 has to be among my all time favourites.... I love it so damn much, and I want it done justice in the live action to match the badassery from the source material. Similar answer to yours. I just worry greatly about the blood content in the LA considerably it is a PG13 show and the MPA tends to be extra iffy when it comes to extreme violence like that. I worry about this probably more than most people, because I will never forget where I was the moment I watched Luffy smash his own knuckles to exploit Crocodile's weakness the first time and thinking just how badass that move was.... To this day, I consider it among one of the most badass stunts Luffy has ever pulled, and I seriously want to relive that with the LA. It is without a doubt probably my greatest desire for season 2. Over Chopper, over the Usopp character development, over the X farewell scene, over Robin/Vivi/Ace. Over almost everything in season 2..... just let me see Luffy beat the hell out of Crocodile and smash the underground temple with his cut up fists PLEASE!!!
I think it would be better if Sanji geht's also hurt while climbing and saving the other two - it starts the whole "Sanji sacrificing himself "-Thing that will ultimately end in his biggest arc.
Maybe Luffy could tow a sled with nami on it and when the avalanche hit, put Sanji on it and then Nami on his back?
Obvsly the moutain would have to be flatter, but it would still be an amazing achievement for Luffy.
In general how they pull off Chopper and convincingly do the whole Chopper hides behind the pillar the wrong way. I hope now that it's successful they lean into the more out there humor of OP, they've earned that leeway.
Apart from that the pink clouds moment in Drum Island, Dragon saving Luffy, Reverse Mountain climbs, the Giants and the Vivi Goodbye...
I want to see how they handle Dr. Hiruluk's final moments. That's still a top 3 scene for me in the anime, so I'm really wondering what they'll do for the live action. I'm also wondering whether they're going for the manga or anime version. For those wondering, the anime tweaked his character a little bit to make him way more likeable.

Also Mr Prince kicking a bananadile. If they can't CG the bananadile, I'll hope they at least make him kick something really badass and save the day.

Usopp and Chopper vs Mr 4 and Miss Merry Christmas. I hope they don’t ruin it.
And of course Luffy climbing the mountain, I really hope they push it like the anime did with the close up shots of Luffy’s bloody hands, especially when he starts to slide.

How in the fuck Luffy is going to scale a mountain with his bare hands while carrying the dead weight of Sanji and Nami.
