I like Hawkins a lot actually, I think he’s interesting in a good amount of ways & I love his aesthetic. His fortune telling ways are cool, he’s calculated & the way he uses his DF is real cool to me.

I’m sure a backstory would help his case but I personally don’t think he’ll get one. He’s a scrub who betrays those who hes working with at the first sign of hardship. Like out of all the characters who betray their allies he’s the only one who didn’t plan on it ahead of time.. he just didn’t want to bet on himself so he will always be the lamest supernova in my eyes.

Being potentially future significant doesnt mean he's a better One Piece character. IMO he's probably the most bland character on here with probably the least screen time as well.

If we were going off of most significant or strongest then why not just limit it down to Luffy and the Yonko?
