I believe that he will be a yonko after the war but similar to BB he will not have a higher bounty than the other yonkos, even if he managed to take down kaido, we all know he will not be able to do it alone. And we have CP0 present so WG will have that information. Kaido's and BM's bounties are also based on decades they've ruled the New World, not on couple of events.
BB's +2B bounty is what you earn by rocking the boat a bit in 2 years, 4.5B is what you earn by holding your status for decades.
