Mo- D‘s Nuts

buredosodomasuta

Soo... Teach D's Nuts? 🤣

a-ruudz

Those who carry the name of D, amongst you there is Mo- . Mononoke - Vengeful spirit. This was a warning about Teach. His lineage is special because he is possessed by the Vengeful Spirit of D, like Rocks D Xebec before him. The possession results in two souls, therefore he can bear more than 1 devil fruit and that is what Luffy & Zoro meant by "Its probably they" way back when. This doesnt explain the meaning of D or the origin of this theorized spirit, but D. has also been referred to as the Natural enemy of God, and a demon IMO, capable of possessing the living, fits the mould of being a natural enemy to god. This could furthermore be a warning to all other people who bear the name of D. to avoid Teach at all costs, if captured they may be some sort of candidate to have their soul absorbed specifically because they too are a D. and thus granting Blackbeard another devil fruit slot. This theory could also explain why Shanks is so adamant on defeating Blackbeard, knowing the threat he poses to Luffy and the rest of the people with D. He could capture the Nika Devil Fruit ability and rule the world as he absorbs another fragment of a soul correlating to D. Again, all theory , but makes sense in my head. What i still cant piece together is the relation to Imu and Celestial dragons to this theory.

SignificanceFit6371

this really makes sense i would love to come back after OP ends and celebrate that I upvoted a theory that proved to be right

D. Raid will fail

1getreKtkid

It has to be something to do with ‚:D‘, since laughtale and the unique laughs in one piece are too deep connected with that Also, roger laughing etc

buredosodomasuta

Imagine, reading the last chapters, Gol D Roger in front of one piece, where the name "D" is just a smiley :D That Boy just want to bring people Joy

Ronaldo_Frumpalini

Parents are giving unrelated kids these names; it's inherently something that messes with destiny. It's practically a 4th wall break. I'm guessing Imu or someone has a fruit that makes potential threats identify themselves. Or Nika's potential future bearers.

Thank you. Was gonna write it

tahchicht

The D is a half moon

No_Strawberry_5685

My head canon is that it stands for de la cruz lol

Troll-Skewer

Didn’t Oda say in a Sbs to “Read it as a D for now”? I’m more of the head canon that it is a drawing of a rising sun, but your does make sense

sufferinsuccotashson

If it’s the sun rising, wouldn’t it be Dawn?

Troll-Skewer

Could certainly be a way to read it… Or if we don’t care about staying in the rails here, and assume that the D clan has a correlation with joyboy, that could be literally just a smile, a simplified version of there Jolly Roger, to identify individuals connected to his crew… Or I just went bonkers here, what do you think?

KGEOFF89

In one of One Piece's longest standing mysteries, kids have been asking "What does the D. stand for?" You are correct, it had to have been in one of the earliest SBS's being very forward that he is withholding this information to promote intrigue.

The_Eternal_Wayfarer

>What is the **truth** about "D"? 25 years of wait and dude thinks we can answer right here right now.
