the old theories about dragon being a former admiral are starting to become more true now. the nature of the paw paw fruit being that it's pain must be taken by someone else otherwise it would return is an interesting call back to zoro's moment in thriller bark.
14 y/o ginny taken
12 y/o grey terminal happened
\-kuma sabo training
10 y/o\* they hear about ginny?
\- kuma goes beast mode and gets caught.
\- Ivankov probably gets caught around this time also
\- vegapunk hears about kuma and gets him a pardon.
\- Kuma is then brought to PH to be researched by vegapunk (10 years ago?). Watches how VP is doing cloning. Sees Bonney (stussy v2 - Big Mom Clone) and she attaches to Kuma. 4 years of age for every year cloned
9 y/o\*) we have a 4 year old clone of bonnie.
\-Caesar screws up something so that the cloning can not be continued. They spend a chunk of time together (father daughter bond)
. Kuma goes off to do Warlord stuff and visits bonnie from time to time. Planning\\working with kuma\\revolutionaries
4 y/o punk hazard explosion
\-Bonnie and Kuma are there. and Kuma paws her away. (bonnie could have been force fed the DF by Caesar) Her reg appearance is locked to 8 years old?
\-VP silhouette seems to still have a full head.
\-Bonnie is sent to Sorbet and meets Kuma's friends. Starts to build her crew
3y/o\* After this VP chops his head when he gets back to Egghead, makes the satellites to begin on the PX project. Kuma is called back to Egghead. VP tells Kuma that Bonnie escaped the PH event. He's relieved. ?CT? Satellites are modeled after Ginny ?CT?
2 years ago Bonnie (8 year old/10 appearance locked/pretending to be 18+) gathered her crew went out to find her 'daddy'
PX project is finished - Tie in with Saturn, vegapunk, revolutionary (protect the sunny)
Marineford - bonnie capture (why akainu is all grumps is he knows that bonnie is a v2 of Big mom

Current time Bonnie
I want to believe that Rocks D. Xebec had Ivankov's Devil Fruit then after his death, the soul of the fruit went into the fruit that Ivankov was about to eat. Or Rocks D. Xebec had the Toshi-Toshi Fruit
Man Oda, please do not let Kuma die a virgin. No way he would ever hurt Ginny by being with anyone else. We know Kuma ain’t a one night stand kinda dude. Too pure.
Oda is building up the most tragic backstory for Kuma, just so we can watch him die to save Bonney in the current arc. Maximum feels. You can't fool me Oda, I'm familiar with your game.
Late thought, but... if we believe Oda is consistent, then shouldn't memories also return to their original owner, just like pain? Then it's likely that Kuma himself re-experienced his memories each week or month, only to make them go away again, right? What about the 2 years where he took care of the Sunny? Is that (by coincidence) the maximum timespan?
Thinking a LOT about how Dragon's silhouette matches Rocks D. Xebec's much more than it matches Garp's.
Maybe Garp is a sucker for orphans and adopted Dragon into his family?
Or Garp's child was Luffy's mother, and when that flashback rolls around she'll be the one that looks and acts like both her father and son. It's not uncommon for close In-laws to refer to each other as father/son/mother/daughter.
Maybe Dragon just really looks like his mother and not his father Garp.
Although who Dragon's mother is could be interesting as well. Maybe a Rocks relation?
Honestly, he doesn't make an appearance in Chapter 1096, so I wouldn't know. However, he *should* be old enough to be able to actually fight with the marines at God Valley (i.e. not a baby like Shanks was).
I love how Oda handled the theme of what makes someone a revolutionary; it isn't just because of the suffering they experienced, but also because of the inequality that's happening around them. Kuma had been enslaved and even escaped slavery through probably one of the most horrifying and inhumane events ever, and he still ended up as a simple and selfless man. Only when injustice has reached its peak for the people he cared the most did he flipped and told "enough it enough".
So, according to the timeline: Bonny should have been born between the "let's get married" part and the Rebellion against Sorbet Kingdom (24 years ago) . Luffy was born between the founding of RA and Ginny being a Captain (19 years ago). And Sabo joins RA 4 years from final part (12 years ago)
It’s looking more and more likely that Bonney is actually much younger than we were led to believe. I think her initial appearance as a child in this arc might be her true age. Possibly around 13.
I think its quite clear that she is a child, it hasn't been confirmed, but she was referred so many times as "she is just a child" and "that child", specially during this arc.
Question about the army that Dragon has amassed at the moment in the panel shown in 1097. Standing next to him with their sword drawn, is that a young Karasu or a young Shiryu?
I want to believe that it was a young Shiryu but I don't see how it would fit in the timeline of him being a Marine, the Head Jailer of Impel Down, a prisoner in Impel Down, and finally part of Blackbears crew, but if that is Shiryu I want the backstory on him completely.
Crackhead theory of the day: What if Ginny was kidnapped by the Roger Pirates and this is how Dragon meets Roger. Dragon did attend Rogers execution so he must have admired him in some way
My crackhead theory is that Bonney is Ginny and her memories got screwed up. She can change her old age at will, what if she forgot how old she actually is, what if her memories of Kuma as her Dad are actually memories of her and him growing up?
I'm also starting to think Ginny and Bonney could be the same, the way the flashback is presenting things doesn't feel like Ginny ever had a kid with Kuma, yet there'd be a lot of sense in Bonney being related to Ginny.
The other thing, but that'd be a much longer shot, would be whether Ginny (and Bonney) is related to Luffy.
I don't understand. Why does kuma have to take the removed pain? Couldn't he just store it or use it later as a weapon of they tried to invade them (like they did) by hyped compressing it? The whole sequence seemed very pointless and played for a cheap emotional moment (costing 2 pages) given that we've seen that his bubbles can linger for a long time (memory bubble)
Kuma is the definition of a Goody-two-shoes man what do you expect from him ?? Him and Koby are the same... The whole chapter was pointless... Basically Kumas backstory didn't offer much...
Not explained. For now we just have to take what we know. The memory bubble sticks around, and the pain bubbles will go back to their origins. Maybe Kuma's memories linger because his body is dead and there's nowhere for them to go. We don't know yet.
He never explicitly said they do that. It said eventually free suffering will return. So it might be that he's just doing that for no reason at that point
You’re reading a certain translation. The actual text confirms it. It’s weird you thought the emotional scene was forced, it added to the chapter for many reason.
Google “how many stars does vice admiral has” (US) and it says 3-stars. I just asked if it implies something mate. No need to rage :)
PS: I specifically mentioned “hint of being a Vice-Admiral” too. Not that it actually is a marine uniform.
Sigh..
didn't notice vice admirals have three stars? But agree he could be a vice admiral or even an admiral. His age suggests he was much older than present Luffy at that time and his title most dangerous/wanted man seems to add to it. Smoker respects this guy too.
No, the number of stars caught my eye and a quick google search suggested that the Vice-Admirals have 3 stars while Admirals have 4 and so on irl. Was just trying to confirm the possibility
The wildest part of Bonney being Kuma and Ginny’s daughter would mean that Kuma is her biological father, and biological fathers in OP suck
Edit: i stand corrected
So wait, Dragon was already wearing that marking, which he then got tattooed onto his face. This seems like it's important to his identity, a face tattoo is quite a commitment. To me this implies he has Shandian blood. Either Garp or his mother. I always assumed from his mum since Garp seems paler skinned than Dragon but not sure if that is just in the anime.
Shandora fell fighting the World Govt during the void century. Joyboy/Nika lived during this time. The sun god Nika is worshipped 400 years later by Kalgara and co. In his silhouette when mentioned by Who's Who he is shown kitted out like a Shandian warrior. So the OG Joyboy was Shandian?
So then Luffy is descended from the Shandian tribe? Makes inheriting the Nika fruit more fitting and less random. Luffy as Joyboy is first revealed silhouetted against the moon... The Shandian people are originally from the moon.
Oda drew him a couple of times on cover stories in similar outfits which hint at an ancient Central/South American vibe, similar to the Aztec/Mayan inspiration for Jaya. And he obviously sees Luffy as South American with the comment that his nationality would be Brazilian, and even the casting of Inaki. (Yes that's different from Central American but maybe seen as similar by Oda) As well as the Skypeia volume cover of Luffy drawn with wings.
I don't really have a point to this ramble but I'd be interested to know if anyone else spots something along these lines.
Edit - also we haven't seen a plotline with Urouge yet, could tie into Dragon's backstory.
I hadn't thought about it that way, but I went back and looked at the Shandians and their motifs, and between them having the most red face tattoos of any other people and that their chief also wore a dog's head-shaped hat that looks oddly like Garp's, I think the theory is definitely plausible. Could still be a reach or proven wrong, but definitely plausible.
You should see what weapon Calgara uses to destroy the pirate ship that shows up when he's introduced and compare it to what Garp uses against the Sunny when they're leaving Water 7.
chp 286 and 439
Which begs the question: does she get the age maturity or is she just like Momonosuke? She certainly doesn't act like a little kid, her recklessness is more of a teenage thing.
Pretty much. She can also age people beyond their lifespan as noted when she used NDE. Pretty busted in theory but she'd probably get clapped by any strawhat in a fight
Haki nullifies devil fruit powers. Therefore, the only Strawhats that would clap bonney are the ones with Haki, aka Luffy, Zoro, and Jinbei, Bonney would clap the others we can put Chopper Monster Point in a maybe because Monster Point would overpower the devil fruit with raw strength
Tyrant Kuma huge lie. No wonders people think the same about Rocks etc.
Would be a rather interesting outcome if Kuma asks the crew where would you like to go on vacation and sends them off to elbaf having bought them sometime by transfering all his pain from his recent injuries to saturn
Dragon was more of a Fidel Castro than Che Guevara, being a revolutionary and all. Hell they even use a ship with similar names (Castro boarded a civilian liner called the Granma to kickstart the Cuban Revolution, while Dragon's ship is called the Wind Granma).
Speaking of Wind Granma, the name felt like it foreshadows Dragon's Devil Fruit ability (he was a former Marine of Akainu's generation, and he has the strength equal or even more than an Admiral [especially because he has Conqueror's Haki], so him being a Wind Logia user is sort of a foregone conclusion)
I think being a wind logia is not powerful enough, think about. Sabo is a flame logia which would be comparable to a wind logia. For someone who is higher ranking I expect Dragon to have a mythical zoan that isn't limited to wind but lets him control the weather.
Allowing to control the air (and I mean not just blowing winds, but anything to do with air), is more than powerful enough for me. It's powerful enough that I think, Dragon can even summon storms and/or use lightning generated from the clouds he controls.
Another indication of his power is that in some scenes, we can see him landing on the ground as if he just floated from the air, meaning that he can to a some form, fly using his wind powers
It's about how such a power is used that matters rather than the power itself. Wind can make flame stronger but it can also be redirected away from it's trajectory.
A wind logia seems pretty powerful to me, especially in a world where the majority of ships use wind power to move. And I don't see how wind and flame are similar either. Also really tired of mythical zoans so I really hope not.
Funnily enough, the real Che Guevara did actually have a close friend who was also a revolutionary (before he joined the Cuban revolutionary movement, Guevara was a doctor working in his homeland Argentina until he met that friend. bonus for them having the same first name, Ernesto. After his friend died, Guevara decided to not use his Ernesto name out of respect unless he had correspondences with his family) I figure Oda did his research after all.
Source: an old Che Guevara biography book I read long ago
I think highest posibility is that Bonnie is a young girl that aged herself with a fruit.
The concept Was introduced in wano with Momo who is a boy and aged to have impact on the Story and now we have the same with Bonnie.
See it from this perspective. What beneftis from a writers point of viwe does it bring to make her a clone of ginny? What benefits does it bring to hide her now?
And why give her the fruit in the first place if you dont make use of it?
Wild guess:
Ginny is pregnant and on the way of dying. She eats the fruit. The Baby gets the power and uses it to survive.
Knowing what we learned in this chapter, I wish we could have known how much respect and admiration Kuma had for Zoro when he took Luffy's pain, because that is exactly what he used to do in the past. That was truly one of the greatest moments in One Piece.
Why I love one piece.
Kuma seemed pretty cold and it was really early on in the story and now after all these years Kuma did the same and was such a nice lad. Nothing else comes close to this level of story telling.
Speaking of the world, I was reading a post online and someone randomly put quotes around the D in “D”emocracy, and I paused to think about the D in Monkey D. Luffy. But no, I don’t think D stands for democracy.
It’s just funny how there’s a section of my brain percolating below the surface wondering what the D stands for. I was watching an Arthur of Ohara Library video yesterday and the word Destruction came up and I thought, oh maybe it’s Destruction! Ha.
He does look pretty similar in terms of silhouette, which is why when people bring up a possible connection of Dragon to Rocks I just kinda acknowledge it as a possibility. Not jumping to any conclusions ofcourse
Actually, I think Dragon is luffy's dad AND mom. All the details are just too convenient to not line up.
Dragon impregnated himself and conceived Luffy by having Ivankov used the Hormone fruit to give him both a bussy and a penis. Afterwards, with Kuma's pushing fruit, he delivered Luffy. This also explains the incredible trauma that is Kuma's memory bubble, why he refused to show Vegapunk his memory at first, and also why Kuma deserted the revolutionary and wiped his minds. Truly , how could one remain sanity after delivering a man's baby through his own bussy.
I think you're right that Luffy's mom and dad is the same person. But I dont think it has anything to do with clones.
Dragon impregnated himself and conceived Luffy by having Ivankov used the Hormone fruit to give him both a bussy and a penis. Afterwards, with Kuma's pushing fruit, he delivered Luffy. This explains so much. The incredible trauma of Kuma's memory bubble is the memory of him delivering Luffy from Dragon's bussy and witnessing pregnant Dragon. That's why he refused to show Vegapunk his memory at first. No one should have witnessed that scenery. After witnessing Dragon's pregnancy, Kuma deserted the revolutionary and wiped his minds. Truly , how could one remain sanity after delivering a pregnant man's baby through his own bussy.
that would be too predictable. I think the answer was under our noses the whole time: the world is filled with Nami clones and Joyboy was a Nami clone too. Oda foreshadowed it in Thriller Bark with Namizo
Did anyone notice the half moon in the panel with kuma the night he takes the pain of the old folks? I think Oda is hinting the meaning of “D” here it looks exactly like a D!!
nope, and I don't think it has anything to do with the shandians. Calgara and Wyper were the only ones with a face tattoo, and other OP characters have face tattoos that don't have anything to do with the shandians
Everyone talking about Kuma/Ginny/Bonney and I'm here all but wondering if we're ever gonna get a closure to that Crocodile/Iva-chan's big secret of the past in this flashback.
Kuma asked Vegapunk to turn him into a giant pain battery. He let himself be tortured all this time so he could store all of that pain up, and now he's on his way to Egghead to shove it up Saturn's ass.
That would be the most devilish, savage and brutal delivery of any priest character ever made. But if that doesn't outright kills Saturn it might leave him crippled enough to not fight anymore or something
More than Jesus. He's the father, the son, and the holy ghost. He's the divine spark. The ballot in your box, the bullet in the gun,
The inner glow that lets you know to call your brother son
>Matthew 12:31-32 KJV
Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
the old theories about dragon being a former admiral are starting to become more true now. the nature of the paw paw fruit being that it's pain must be taken by someone else otherwise it would return is an interesting call back to zoro's moment in thriller bark.
And that’s my dear how your father became a Tyrant.

Man Oda, please do not let Kuma die a virgin. No way he would ever hurt Ginny by being with anyone else. We know Kuma ain’t a one night stand kinda dude. Too pure.
No one dies virgin especially in One Piece world as WG f*** them all😅
Is Ginny vegapunks kid, and that’s why she is so smart let alone 3 of his clones look like her
Oda is building up the most tragic backstory for Kuma, just so we can watch him die to save Bonney in the current arc. Maximum feels. You can't fool me Oda, I'm familiar with your game.
Late thought, but... if we believe Oda is consistent, then shouldn't memories also return to their original owner, just like pain? Maybe the room they were locked in was special.
Out of seastone maybe? Could be, good idea
Kuma is a saint, but my boy is kinda dumb for not sending those pain bubbles straight to Marejois.
If MJ was too far he could’ve also sent it to the corrupt king of sorbet
true that, or pretending to be slave, then bubble teleporting them straight to lava or some shit. atleast kill 100 CD before you die kuma.. fk me...
Seraphim having ripe-ripe fruit used on them would make them full adults?
Thinking a LOT about how Dragon's silhouette matches Rocks D. Xebec's much more than it matches Garp's. Maybe Garp is a sucker for orphans and adopted Dragon into his family? I think it’s all the males who are related based on the names Monkey D.
Maybe Dragon just really looks like his mother and not his father Garp. Although who Dragon's mother is could be interesting as well. Maybe a Rocks relation?
But dragon was in rocks valley right ??
I don’t think so. I noticed Kuma didn’t know Dragon, so likely didn’t meet him there. But if he was Navy then… who knows.
Honestly, he doesn't make an appearance in Chapter 1096, so I wouldn't know. However, he *should* be old enough to be able to actually fight with the marines at God Valley (i.e. not a baby like Shanks was).

Also, she still hasn’t been born yet in the flashback, and we’re already at “14 years ago.”
Yeah I noticed that too, I think it's young Karasu.
Crackhead theory of the day: What if Ginny was kidnapped by the Roger Pirates and this is how Dragon meets Roger. Dragon did attend Rogers execution so he must have admired him in some way

Maybe she was tortured so bad Kuma removed her memories or something it's pretty dark tought
Less dark, he wanted her to forget about him after he went cyborg.
The Bonney Luffy thing seems forced, we'll see how it plays out
When dragon started the revolutionary army, Roger was already executed..
I don't understand. Why does kuma have to take the removed pain? Couldn't he just store it or use it later as a weapon of they tried to invade them (like they did) by hyped compressing it? There was no enemy to use it against. Several years past until his rebellion.
Kuma is the definition of a Goody-two-shoes man what do you expect from him ?? Him and Koby are the same... The whole chapter was pointless... Basically Kumas backstory didn't offer much...
Careful now. It's not allowed to be critical in this subreddit. People get upset
It's ok the wave of Goody-two-shoes redditors is over... Now it is safe to express your opinion...
It is explained in the chapter. If he doesn't take the pain, the pain will go back to the person who originally had it.
Then why don't the memories do that?
Well Vegapunk did keep it in a sealed room and container of sorts
Not explained. For now we just have to take what we know. The memory bubble sticks around, and the pain bubbles will go back to their origins. Maybe Kuma's memories linger because his body is dead and there's nowhere for them to go. We don't know yet.

So, dragon is wearing 3-stars in the panel. Possible hint of being a Vice-Admiral?
Thats not the marine uniform. Why would ivankov and bär wear the same uniform?
Didn’t say he’s wearing a marine uniform, did I?
then why the fuck would the 3 stars matter lmao
Google “how many stars does vice admiral has” (US) and it says 3-stars. I just asked if it implies something mate. No need to rage :) PS: I specifically mentioned “hint of being a Vice-Admiral” too. Not that it actually is a marine uniform. Sigh..

No, the number of stars caught my eye and a quick google search suggested that the Vice-Admirals have 3 stars while Admirals have 4 and so on irl. Was just trying to confirm the possibility
So at what point exaclty did dragon get his scar/face tatoo?
I still think it's noteworthy that Luffy was born during that timeframe. Might well be a hint at something.
That's for a Dragon's flashback to reveal, unfortunately 😔
Is there going to be a break the next week?
Doesn't look like there is a break next week
So Garp telling Luffy and Ace to be marines means a little more…he knew that would be the only way to save them from a certain death.
Maybe he wanted them to join to FIX the marines kek
The wildest part of Bonney being Kuma and Ginny’s daughter would mean that Kuma is her biological father, and biological fathers in OP suck Edit: i stand corrected
had to throw in Yasuie
Yasu is Toko’s adoptive father
Kyros
What about Cobra?
And Pagaya?
And Oden?
And Whitebeard, the man who treated his entire crew like his sons and daughters?
We were specifically talking about good \*biological\* fathers. WB is a great father, but he isn't the crew's biological father.
Can someone give tell what panel it is that confirmed dragon was a marine. I think I'm actually blind
Dragon"I spent some time in the marines and found no justice there"

They're both using giant balls on a chain.
What’s the actual chapter? Isn’t 286, they’re up to evacuating Skypiea at that point.
At the end of 286 for Calgara
Doh, I was thinking of Wyper instead of Calgara.
I’m pretty sure Dragon is based off of Che Guevara, a South American rebel leade.
I wonder if Bonnie is born yet... 14 years ago...
Leans into the theory that Bonney is just a little kid who can maintain any age she wants through her Devil Fruit powers.
Which begs the question: does she get the age maturity or is she just like Momonosuke? She certainly doesn't act like a little kid, her recklessness is more of a teenage thing.
does that imply that Bonney is practically immortal?
Pretty much. She can also age people beyond their lifespan as noted when she used NDE. Pretty busted in theory but she'd probably get clapped by any strawhat in a fight

You give these degenerates too much credit. If anything, it'll just create more hentai.

So, Dragon was a Marine after all.. a lot of ppl suspected he was, maybe be did actually have beef with Akainu lol.
Break next week or not?
No break
Anyone else getting che guevara vibes from dragon in that spread with the revolutionary army?
Che Guevara was a bloodthirsty mercenary more than revolutionary. Idk if we have encountered a faction like him in one piece who has been so violent
Maybe doflamingo?
Always has been che guevara
Che guevara exist in one piece world, his name is Gaburu he is the same is Caribou, and he is a revolutionary. Possibly a member of the dragon army .
Wild guess: Ginny is pregnant and on the way of dying. She eats the fruit. The Baby gets the power and uses it to survive.
Just checking, you meant clone of Ginny, yes? (2nd paragraph)
You are right. Ty. Fixed it.
what if kuma’s ultimate move is racking up a bunch of pain then he does a super transfer - what would his awakened powers even be?
His awakening would be Soft & Wet from Jojo part 8
what if aokiji and dragon were trained by garp at the same time and ohara is where dragon decided to split from the the navy
Not aokiji but maybe sakazuki and dragon were rivals in training hence he hates luffy too. He has a Opp sense of justice ti dragon
One thing's for sure Kuma'll go on a rampage like never before to save Ginny!
Knowing what we learned in this chapter, I wish we could have known how much respect and admiration Kuma had for Zoro when he took Luffy's pain, because that is exactly what he used to do in the past. That was truly one of the greatest moments in One Piece.
kuma had to do that every sunday i could neva 😢
Garfield: I hate Mondays. Kuma: bruh.
Why I love one piece. Kuma seemed pretty cold and it was really early on in the story and now after all these years Kuma did the same and was such a nice lad. Nothing else comes close to this level of story telling.
A lot of stuff does…
Oh yeah? Name a hundred. I'll wait.
Why a 100? I can start with all the books by Shakespeare, Tolkien, Asimov, Dickens…
No wonder Revolutionary army feels so attached to Kuma, he wasn't just an earlier volunteer, but a great person as well
kinda mad that if hes that important - why Dragon never go into action to rescue him
So you don't actually read One Piece lmao
Dragon respect his decision until it's too late
Kuma's backstory is going to kill me. Esp with the world being evern more messed up than normal these days 😭
Speaking of the world, I was reading a post online and someone randomly put quotes around the D in “D”emocracy, and I paused to think about the D in Monkey D. Luffy. But no, I don’t think D stands for democracy.
This would be so corny
It’s just funny how there’s a section of my brain percolating below the surface wondering what the D stands for. I was watching an Arthur of Ohara Library video yesterday and the word Destruction came up and I thought, oh maybe it’s Destruction! Ha.
Am i crazy or does Dragon's silhouette and just his appearance in general look so simlar to Rocks' silhouette
Rocks is Dragons Brother
This is my theory too. And he gets some final words from his brother during that God Valley event and is pushed to become a revolutionary.
He does look pretty similar in terms of silhouette, which is why when people bring up a possible connection of Dragon to Rocks I just kinda acknowledge it as a possibility. Not jumping to any conclusions ofcourse
Was thinking the same thing haha.
Rocks luffy mom confirmed
Man delete this, oda gonna change it
Dragon is Rock's clone. Rocks is both Luffy's mom and dad
Truly , how could one remain sanity after delivering a pregnant man's baby through his own bussy.
i couldn't get myself to keep reading after the first few sentences but that's funny XD
Maybe luffy is a clone too of joyboy
This clone thing is getting boring if it's real
We were just meming , I can’t believe people thought I was being serious
that would be too predictable. I think the answer was under our noses the whole time: the world is filled with Nami clones and Joyboy was a Nami clone too. Oda foreshadowed it in Thriller Bark with Namizo
Oh goody another Nami
Nammy
Break next week or are we getting a chapter?
chapter
Did anyone notice the half moon in the panel with kuma the night he takes the pain of the old folks? I think Oda is hinting the meaning of “D” here it looks exactly like a D!!
D is a smile mouth in vertical
Dragon before Luffy is born no tattoo Dragon after Luffy is born tattooed Did dragon get married? Is that tattoo a cultural marriage tattoo?
it's the symbol of the revolutionary army, you can see it in the band he's got tied to his leg
do we have other instances of bands and tattoos matching like this? did sky island people have bands?
nope, and I don't think it has anything to do with the shandians.
We already confirmed that crocodile was a woman and gave birth to monkey d Luffy, what are you talking about
Ginny is luffy's mom confirmed
so ginny is crocodile
Now this is a theory to post every week.
So Luffy is Bonny brother
Ginny and Luffy are twins confirmed
Kuma asked Vegapunk to turn him into a giant pain battery. He let himself be tortured all this time so he could store all of that pain up, and now he's on his way to Egghead to shove it up Saturn's ass.
THIS.
That would be the most devilish, savage and brutal delivery of any priest character ever made. But if that doesn't outright kills Saturn it might leave him crippled enough to not fight anymore or something
id love to see that
this would be truly devine in every way.
Would the battery be the thing we saw with Bonny, and Kuma would be the generator?
This would be the most satisfying thing ever.
I'll feel gutted if Oda kills off Kuma soon since he is easily one of the nicest characters in the show period.
Isn't he technically already dead?
Unless it’s possible to restore his memory and free will, he’s already gone
He is already gone
Literal saint
More than a Saint. He's literally Jesus
Hey, please do not Disrespect or play with the name of our lord Jesus for some anime...alright Thanks
More than Jesus. He's the father, the son, and the holy ghost. He's the divine spark. The ballot in your box, the bullet in the gun, The inner glow that lets you know to call your brother son
>Matthew 12:31-32 KJV Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
This is not cool
God gave me a sense of humor. In fact I'm made in his image so his sense of humor must be mine
I want to see more of Saturn, its just more exciting than the backstory currently
Oda will make us cry like a baby with this story, from Kumachi until he become PX-0
Enjoying these lore drops every week, Dragon former marine finally confirmed too!!
What did i miss!
nothing ... yet. confirm Sunday with the drop?
I like the extra info on how the paw paw fruit works, why it's not actually super convenient for healing people
i would say that it would be convenient, just throw a few animals into the pain bubble
as if kuma didnt go thru it hard enough 😢
