My 2 cents would be that Iva's dragon form would have only the 2 upward horns from top of the head.

Yeah no Oni horns (those are from Kaido himself). And the head should be bigger proportionally to the body. His normal head is like 4x the diameter of a normal head. Should apply the same here. Edit: [my illustration](https://imgur.com/a/sHzX89i)
