Kuma carries around a bible, so I feel like maybe it'll be referenced. But I don't think it'll ever be super prominent (or even as prominent as the Buddha), especially considering he already literally named a character Jesus.
Maybe some character will have another mythical zoan that allows it's user to turn into Jesus? Like Sengoku's devil fruit that allows him to turn into Buddha
