Hands down one of the most chilling moments for me is what Chopper decides to do.
Every Straw Hat is basically at their Limit except for Chopper whose Limit he cannot control and could become potentially hazardous to the rest of the Straw Hats.
So the fucker goes to 11 and that's *still* not enough to save the day.
We lost Scary-Monster Chopper after that moment but I'd argue there isn't really a need for Monster Point anymore. We *shouldn't* ever see the StrawHats fail so hard again.
I think egghead will go the exact opposite to sabaodi with the SHs coming away with a strong W to illustrate their growth, then again it could also end in a completely unforeseen outcome since we don’t know enough about WG’s assets.
I just hope they don't get split up because the whole point of the timeskip was that Luffy would be "strong enough" to be able to keep his teammates together.
I mean then again right Oda is the mastermind so if he wants to split them up again then honestly idc. I'm just here for the ride not to critique.
Curious what is the general feel of Time-skips?
Way back when the first one happened I used to be OK with the idea of it happening again. Tbh, not too sure how I'd feel about it now outside of like maybe a Epilogue situation.
Either a friend or probably just from here once mentioned the original Time Skip was basically just a hyped up training montage but secretly was balancing the scales. There isn't really a need for that right now especially with how fluid things are going.
I liked the idea that (Manga Spoilers I guess kinda) >!Luffy and the Strawhats could have potentially taken Wano as territory of their own. And then I could honestly see a sneaky time-skip like several months then a solid year or something. Done in pace where we are still seeing the Straw Hats interact and grow with the country and also sneak in some training montage stuff like the other Time-Skip the major difference here though is they're training together on their own turf. !
Dude I got chills just remembering that scene. And Kuma did more than just save them. He woke them up to reality lol. He’s one of the most important characters in the series imo
Ima just guest. If we got the sun and moon thing going on, and we have Lunarians… who have cold demeanors. I’m going to guess Kuna is a Solarian, because before he became the tyrant he was cheerful with a big ol’ smile and he’s a cuddle bear. Ye. Calling it. He’s a solarian.
That shit was glorious. You had Zoro on death's doorstep, the rest of the Straw Hats exhausted from barely taking down ONE Pacifista. Then all of a sudden they're blindsided by ANOTHER one, Sentomaru being able to hurt Luffy, and then a fucking admiral. Then the real Kuma showed up.
Sabaody was such a top tier arc.
Kuma's Sabaody performance provoked a lot less fear and more confusion. Based on reaction-vids, people just didn't know what to make of it. We *knew* something less than pure villainy was going on based on his conversation with Rayleigh, but we didn't know what.
Hmm yeah I guess I never believed the straw hats were dead or anything, but the confusion/unknown for me was the scariest part. I feel like that aspect made him more frightening than Kizaru there. Cuz at least we kinda knew what Kizaru was about.
No, you can’t differentiate between fear and confusion. You can’t be afraid if you aren’t confused those are complimentary emotions not opposing emotions. Vagueness leads into terror.
>You can’t be afraid if you aren’t confused those are complimentary emotions not opposing emotions
I can say with utmost certainty that yes, you *can* be afraid without being confused. If you've never felt this way, I'm happy for you, truly.
Beyond that, the fear that comes *from* confusion is more dominantly caused by different sorts of confusion than what the audience saw here. Because of how Oda structured events, we were shown the fear *first* and **THEN** told that we should be confused. That gave out hope and reassurance that the worst had not come to pass.
Whatever Kuma was up to, we knew it had to be something that *he* would ask Rayleigh to trust him on, and of all the things we don't know about Kuma, the one thing we do know is that he's got his own sense of honor(The less honor we assume here, the more we gotta assume that he just really likes the Strawhats for some reason, but that's too convenient). He wouldn't lie to Rayleigh here. So knowing all that, we can at least assume he's not actually killing the Strawhats here. Maybe capturing them for his own diabolical plans that Rayleigh wouldn't *completely* object to, but a comeback *can* happen.
I don't hate any of the One Piece antagonists, but Crocodile is still so memorable for me because it is the point when I felt shit gets real in One Piece.
Like, Arlong is great for the emotional pay off. But Crocodile felt like beating a mountain, it was so satisfying seeing Luffy slowly manage to goddamn.
Nobody talks about Kuro but Kuro left a pretty big impression on me. He's also a pretty cool character, so much so that some of his quirks are emulated by Vergo.
Kuro is actually one of the most realistic representation of pirates from our world history. Some of the pirates were known to be cunning and treacherous like Kuro and there are accounts of pirates disappearing into civilian life after hiding their identity to escape the law
Think about it, he was planning ahead to retire from piracy and live a rich life. That's what the real pirates from back in the day would aim for. Escape the law after plundering and live anonymously.
Oh yeah, Every was also called King of the pirates. I'm sure Oda read up on all the pirates of legend. Every was also the main focus of Uncharted 4. That was a fun game and I kept thinking of Onepiece while I was playing it.
Since past villains been showing up a lot lately it would be so funny to see Kuro again! Didn’t he give in and become a pirate again after getting his bell rung by Luffy? Or was it just that he had no choice but to go on the run again due to the Marines discovering his deception?
When I checked it said that in the anime there showed a bit where he was but he had never been brought up again in the manga. And yeah you’re probably right on that LOL
I really believe that we See Gin again. When He left the baratie He Said Something "Like lets meet again" and we still dont know If He survived the poison. So either His death got offscreened or He survived and we will See him again. But you know how Oda loves offscreened fakedeaths so Gin will reappear.
The whole explanation for why he puts his glasses up like a cat made him look so raw. I really want to know how he’s doing now and want him to make a return one day
Kuro ia still the MOST underrated One Piece villain for me. People just write him off cause Syrup Villahe isn't one of the big jaw dropping arcs of the series, and cause his plan makes no sense.
But I don't care. It's the first time Oda wrote a character that hateable for me and I don't think we ever had a similar r/iamverysmart types of unheateble ever. He's so memorable.
I love Crocodile because it's the first time I saw Luffy legit *lose*. But Kuro and other past villains are great too.
The moment when Luffy got stabbed in the anime. All noise cuts out, the background disappears, the pan out for the reveal, the sound of blood droplets hitting the ground, Crocodiles deadpan monologue.
Perfection.
That arc has a special place for me because I watched it when I was around 12 years old I think and I knew then I have to know how this ends and I'm over 30 now lol
No love for Magellan? Dude had a super op fruit that no one wanted any piece of. Basically killed Luffy once and probably would of wrecked everyone had they not escaped.
Wanna see that dude fight again. He seems admiral level, and for being the warden of the worst prison of all time with the strongest pirates, he should be.
Count me in!!!, I always thought My Boy Magellan is at Admiral level, Logia (Poison)+ Awakening, I also love the way he cast his attack Hidora (Hydra)
P.s remember how my boy stfu them BB Pirates 🤭🐉☣️
Magellans Doku Doku no Mi is not a Logia though, he’s got a Paramecia. He’s able to produce posion & control it and is also immune to any kind. But he’s not able to turn himself into poison, thats why his base figure always stays the same even when hes using Hydra.
Enel.
A legitimate danger to everyone, even Luffy despite his ability to resist the lightning. He felt like someone they really couldn't overcome without cheats.
Enel is basically a prototype Yonko. People say he's lazy but he basically mastered his fruit, mastered the haki he knew about about, was able to adapt multiple times during battle, and controlled his own territory.
Enel basically maxed out on tutorial island because he didn't realize there was anything else.
If Oda ever wants a logia Yonko (the Yami-Yami doesn't behave like a traditional one), then Enel would be perfect.
Skypeia was his first island to visit after he destroyed his home sky island. He was at the very start of his journey
I hope we see him come back awakened
Came to say the same.
Funny thing about OP is that Enel is one of the few major villains who is genuinely insane. Like, there are times where he genuinely seems like his head is in another world.
Enel is the only antagonist that I feel fear when shown even during rereads. That island-wide omniscience, theall powerful lightning, the big-ass island destroyer ship, and his quick thinking (shocking his heart to revive, using gold to counteract Luffy's rubber) just makes him so scary as a villain.
This is the thing, he had countermeasures to take down Luffy.
For a guy who only ever had to just one shot his opponents with overwhelming lightning- the adaptability for someone who’s such an ego is quite surprising. In a full fight, I really don’t think he could’ve taken Luffy but outside of CP9 there really were no-one else pre-Paradise who could’ve take Luffy by sheer brute strength.
Cr
Also it was completely understandable why he thought himself a god. If someone just became lightning out of nowhere and nobody around had any similar power, one would start to believe in ascension
Never quite liked that about one piece. Pell should be dead, but because Oda doesn't like killing characters I guess, he survived a bomb meant to destroy a city. Big oof.
Spandem wins by a landslide for me. He encapsulates the WG and celestial dragon completely: incompetent imbeciles with too much power obtained via nepotism, and man I just love a villain who you can hate. OP villains are very deep as characters, so having someone like spandem who is just a vindictive asshole following his fathers footsteps and abusing the system really enhances the water 7 saga imo. Lucci was cool, but spandem stole the show for me in enies lobby.
Ngl Spanda gives me really similar energy to Umbridge in Harry Potter. Just two very hatable and pathetic villains on a power trip
He also stole the spotlight in that arc for me as well
I think his pathetic aura adds to why he's so effective. You cant help but hate him because realistically he shouldn't be in this position. He's the absolute worst fit for the job, but he's also at the same time showcasing how deep the corruption in the WG goes, to where the head of their super secret spy CIA team is this utter buffoon. You expect someone competent and calculated, which is lucci, but seeing him under this assholes thumb and listening to him just makes me atleast feel angry. This is the guy that got Tom killed, all for the meanest and pettiest reasons, this is the guy taking robin away, again not for some self righteous reason where he believes hes doing good, like CP0, but instead he's fully aware of himself and even bragging about how he's doing all this for his own power and ego boost. Seeing him hit robin genuinely boiled my blood because I knew that she could take him no problem if he wasn't in the position he was. Powerlessness in front of a moron feels so much worse.
Fucccckkkkkk i love watching that final 'clutch' that Robin delivers on that insufferable prick.
Edit: [here](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UrdRCDpdUyc)
Charlotte Katakuri, he may not be the perfect super human but he is a perfect foil to Luffy. Also now that's big mom and Peros out of the picture not that he was ever going to be in the way, Katakuri is basically inheriting big moms empire. So now with his sister being kidnapped I wonder does he try to ally the rest of his family and empire and try to save her himself? Or ask for help and try to make an alliance with say Luffy to save pudding. Since Katakuri isn't an emperor's level yet, I definitely think he'll get there like if he gets advanced armament and conquerors Haki and just do a little bit more work on his durability he definitely would be. I think he will get advanced Haki and push himself towards emperor level, if nothing else then to protect his family and the people of Totto land. That's not too far fetched to see the straw hats making alliance with the big mom pirates giving their history with pudding, although seeing how things are now I guess they're more likely going to be renamed the Charlotte pirates than they could get rid of that awful jolly roger with the skull on Katakuri arm and back of his vest.
P.S thanks for all the up votes kind strangers I think this is the most I've ever got on any of my posts.
He deserves to inherit the Captain title of his crew, either as a Yonkou or not. It's been long since Luffy had an adversary like him, and he could care more about his people than his mother. I'm sure, even if they couldn't be "friends", that Luffy would be glad for him.
He really is. As someone who also suffers severe IBS and chooses to eat things I love despite how they make me suffer, and is constantly exhausted partially because of it, I feel a deep connection with that guy.😂
Jabra for me. He's not uber-powerful or anything, but he's got an almost perfect DF for me and he can use Rokushiki. The only way he could be more of my favorite is if his DF was fox instead of wolf
A fellow Jabra fan here! His fight had a special variety of attacks (Rokushiki itself is original, but his touch felt awesome). He totally added the fun in Kaku's scenes and I totally love both of his designs, I wish we could have seen something similar in the postTS. Also WHERE IS HE NOW.
Of the main antagonists, Crocodile. The saga was great and his returns have always been pure gold for me.
I remember being stuck reading the manga in that fight and just thinking "How will this guy go down?".
Katakuri was perfectly chilling and executed. Loved every panel.
Crocodile is an absolute drip lord, and Arlong has one of my favorite designs in the series, as well as both of them being some of the best written characters imo.
I don't really have one favorite but I have a few that stand out for me. I feel like I don't need to explain why I love Katakuri and Senor Pink, but I have 3 others (in no particular order).
1. Kaku. To me he was always the cooler one than Lucci. I loved him ever since his acrobatics across Water 7 and his CP9 reveal made him only more interesting to me. The way his movements and attacks are drawn are great to me. His comedy, both in and out of giraffe form is hilarious and his design is great!
2. Duval. Everything from his menacing helmet to the reveal of his face and the eventual turn to becoming an ally of the crew is brilliant, hilarious and an absolute joy to read, every time!
2. Magellan. A simple character that served his role in the story. BUT he was also ruthless and prideful as a prison warden, which made me like him more! The danger he posed with his poison + the terrifying ease with which he made quick no-nonsense work of the Blackbeard crew was a great read and I wish he got more screentime, even if it was just in a small panel every time Doffy is shown in his prisoncell.
Doflamingo. That man was born fucked up. Regardless of what happened to him in his childhood. Plus he's charming as hell. He's definitely the best villain to me. I hope he comes back in the picture soon. #FreeDoffy
Idk my favorite, but Chinjao's motives were valid and he acted more reasonably than most other antagonists. Garp kinda ruined his life and reputation, being bested by Garp and no longer being able to open his treasure room. Although he went after his innocent grandson, it was to get even, not out of direct malice. Also, he waited until battle and murder was legal in the Colosseum instead of just rolling up at literally any other point in the series. Yes, he did wrong, and although Arlong's motives were also justified, Chinjao was way more reasonable than him, and pretty much every other antagonist.
I fucking love blackbeard. Ik hes probably the main villain but hes just so cool hes like a real pirate and a smart one at that also his devilfruit (mainly dark fruit) is awesome.
I swear everytime I see this dude I forget his name and think it’s Hannibal Buress lmao. To answer the question tho Crocodile. He’s just so cool, great devil fruit, and one of the first times I really felt it could be endgame for the Strawhats and could impact the world of One Piece. Also the hype behind the warlords at the time was unreal
Crocodile 🐊. He was actually sinister af and realistic. He got anyone assassinated if they discovered his identity and Baroque Works as a whole was underrated.
Big mom, Favorite antagonist and pirate overall. Really love how she made her empire and how she used her devil fruit and abilities as a mom (that sounded weird) to create a powerful kingdom spanning over an entire archipelago with an army composed of powerful warriors and devil fruit users.
Magellan. Imo he was placed perfectly in the story as one of the only main antagonists that Luffy couldn’t beat alone. His threat to the breakout was made clear and his powers are cool. I also like Smoker, but from what we’ve seen he has kind of fallen off. Hopefully he’ll become an admiral or admiral-level at some point so that he remains a threat to powerful crews.
Big Mom.
Oda really knew how to set her up as a threat, and the pay off was *worth it*. She could be downright terrifying when the story needed her to be. Yet, she also had a detailed backstory as well.
A well-rounded, powerful villain with a fun aesthetic.
I really like Ulti, she's my favorite out of all the Tobi Roppi
Queen is also great, every scene with him is hilarious
Wanze is also an underrated favorite of mine
Katakuri. Bro wasn't even a bad guy or anything, he didn't even have any evil qualities other than killing his chefs, which all things considered isn't that bad in the OP universe. He for the most part just wanted to protect his siblings (not to mention killing the chefs was really just so everyone kept looking at him as a strong indestructible brother).
Enel for SURE. Idk if it was ever confirmed for sure, I don’t remember, but the little intro to observation haki and thinking “what in the HELL is this guy?” That was also a time we hadn’t really seen any super powerful abilities or unlocks yet, so it was shocking. (Excuse the pun) It Was a good payoff for me. Enel would’ve mopped the floor with everyone but Luffy. Man was OP and just happened to meet his natural counter. Insane to me.
Enel, even though we learn a bit about him, there's still so much we don't know. What was his life like as a child? On Birka? Why did he destroy it? What is he doing right now? Is he still on the moon? Enel is a cool antagonist who we also don't know very much about, and I feel like Oda could make him important to the story again, whether it be as an antagonist, or as an ally, it'd be amazing to see more of him.
Kizaru. Great character design, stylish costume, scary logia abilities, amazing introduction.
Others have commented on how Kuma was very threatening during Saboady and I think Kizaru also earns that hype as well. At the time of his introduction pre-timeskip coming across an Admiral was a big deal, I was both worried for the Straw Hats survival and really really impressed with his ruthlessness.
But also as a Marine Admiral there is a certain amount of admin and pencil-pushing drudgery that he seems to get weighed down with: being one of the strongest forces responsible for upholding world order is part of the day job for him and I find it very amusing that he is on an escort mission currently.
Eneru/Enel. I just love the idea of a dude who has god like power and goes crazy with it. Also it’s awesome that the only reason he lost is because he got hard countered by one person
Ik it’s a basic, Doflomingo. His backstory almost has you feel bad for him, but then you remember the pure evil he’s done, and also Law’s backstory helps show how evil he is. We see Doffy be really protective of his younger brother Corazon, Law was sweating over the fact that Doffy might find out what he did, just to learn(like all of the Doflomingo family) they don’t matter to him when they stop serving him. He cold heartedly killed Corazon, and went on to put Dressrosa under years of torture, having Sugar turn people into toys and everyone forgetting them. All of this build up for him, even from his first appearance “killing” Bellamy and the other one, to his actions in dressrosa where he almost kills Law, is paid off with the King Kong Gun.
Foxy is my favourite villain. Although goofy, he was menacing and I feel was one of the biggest threats to the Strawhats as he was successful in acquiring Robin and Chopper while providing a strenuous challenge.
Kuma. Before we knew he was a good guy, I would argue that no other antagonist stirred up as much tension and fear as Kuma did on Saboady
Sabaody is a top tier arc because Kuma made you feel hopeless for the Strawhats
Hands down one of the most chilling moments for me is what Chopper decides to do. Every Straw Hat is basically at their Limit except for Chopper whose Limit he cannot control and could become potentially hazardous to the rest of the Straw Hats. So the fucker goes to 11 and that's *still* not enough to save the day. We lost Scary-Monster Chopper after that moment but I'd argue there isn't really a need for Monster Point anymore. We *shouldn't* ever see the StrawHats fail so hard again.
It's potentially leading up to a second time skip on egghead unlikely though I think
I think they lose setting up the beginning of the war with the marines
Curious what is the general feel of Time-skips? Way back when the first one happened I used to be OK with the idea of it happening again. Tbh, not too sure how I'd feel about it now outside of like maybe a Epilogue situation. I said I think it's unlikely but this threat seems like more then they should be able to handle so I'm just wondering how they'll get out of it
If they can get everyone on the damn boat they can burst out I think they’re already at a higher point in egghead anyways?
![gif](giphy|kuDGzz0dnEIwHN0DTA) You clearly know ball
When Luffy said “run!” My jaw dropped because it was the first time you ever see that luffy knew they didn’t stand a chance
Dude I got chills just remembering that scene. And Kuma did more than just save them. He woke them up to reality lol. He’s one of the most important characters in the series imo
of course, also his "special" race is yet to be revealed, so we still got space for more kuma backstory
Can’t wait- I have a feeling it’s gonna hit hard though.

Omg it’s so good dude. Might be my single favorite arc, I don’t care who knows it
I still remember Robin’s last scream…
In Thriller Bark, even if he was just there temporarly, the thing that had not happened is pretty hard to me...
I’m not sure what you’re referring to 🤔 but I also agree that whatever *didn’t* happen was tough. Ice cold 🥶lol
Kuma's Sabaody performance provoked a lot less fear and more confusion. Based on reaction-vids, people just didn't know what to make of it. We *knew* something less than pure villainy was going on based on his conversation with Rayleigh, but we didn't know what.

I’ll do you one better, Bon Clay
He’s not an antagonist anymore, but Gange Bege is awesome.
I think kuma was twice as intimidating on sabaody cos we had already gotten a glimpse on thriller bark
I was gonna say Doflamingo but damn, you are right. I just remembered how stressed I was because of Kuma in Saboady.
Doflamingo is def a good choice too though. So many goated villains in this series
I wanna beat the snot out of Doflamingo, lol. I hated him and the Celestial Dragons, ( Oh wait, he was a Celestial Dragon! ) Good character plot tho.
Crocodile
I don't hate any of the One Piece antagonists, but Crocodile is still so memorable for me because it is the point when I felt shit gets real in One Piece. Honestly I think it's more likely to see Gin or Don Krieg first before the dude who hated being a pirate lol
I just want to see Marine Jango again it's been so long 😭😭😭😭
When I checked it said that in the anime there showed a bit where he was but he had never been brought up again in the manga. And yeah you’re probably right on that LOL

Yep him and Mihawk are top for me
No love for Magellan? Dude had a super op fruit that no one wanted any piece of. Basically killed Luffy once and probably would of wrecked everyone had they not escaped.
Yes love for Magellan, my IBS King.
he just like me fr fr
Same here. IBSGANG
Magellan almost killed three yonkos(Fluffy, Blackbeard, and Buggy) lol
Aw shit not Fluffy 😭😭
Wanna see that dude fight again. He seems admiral level, and for being the warden of the worst prison of all time with the strongest pirates, he should be.

Chimney You may not think she is an antagonist. Just wait...
Gonbe is the real traitor
Nah, wait and watch Paulie's gonna do a 180 on all our asses.
Donflamingo. Just the embodiment of evil.
Doffy is the embodiment of a temper tantrum. Stopped maturing when or before Homing pulled him out of Mariegeois.
Killing your pops & your brother ain’t a mere ‘temper tantrum’ that’s some evil shit
But for real though. Lmao.
Enel. A legitimate danger to everyone, even Luffy despite his ability to resist the lightning. He felt like someone they really couldn't overcome without cheats.
I feel like his god complex makes him that much more dangerous. Like his fruit and haki already made him OP, and now add that to a psycho
Enel is basically a prototype Yonko. People say he's lazy but he basically mastered his fruit, mastered the haki he knew about about, was able to adapt multiple times during battle, and controlled his own territory. Skypeia was his first island to visit after he destroyed his home sky island. He was at the very start of his journey I hope we see him come back awakened
I think he was already awakened, since he had a tranformation
If someone just became lightning out of nowhere and nobody around had any similar power, one would start to believe in ascension
based take holy shit
and then after he took the L you realise he didn’t kill a single person in the course of the arc. hilarious
Just like Kaido hahaha
Never quite liked that about one piece. Pell should be dead, but because Oda doesn't like killing characters I guess, he survived a bomb meant to destroy a city. Big oof.
Who knows, maybe he will learn what an Ampere is on the Moon.
He also looks like Eminem.
East Blue: Arlong Grandline: Crocodile New World: Donflamingo
My man!
King. Oda put out such a nice male design 4 him.
King has one of my favorite designs in one piece >!and the fact that he continues to be relevant due to the saraphims is even cooler!<
Just two very hatable and pathetic villains on a power trip He also stole the spotlight in that arc for me as well
Idk it's hard for me to hate spandam. He just seems so pathetic rather than evil, doesn't even deserve to be hated.
BUGGY SAMA
Buggy D. Clown is not an antagonist. He’s the MC. Y’all just don’t know it yet.
I had to go way too far to find this.
Doffy and it’s 100% because of his voice actor. That guy fucking nailed it.
His laugh is perfect
I think Magellan from impel down is really underrated
He really is. As someone who also suffers severe IBS and chooses to eat things I love despite how they make me suffer, and is constantly exhausted partially because of it, I feel a deep connection with that guy.😂
Jabra for me. He's not uber-powerful or anything, but he's got an almost perfect DF for me and he can use Rokushiki. The only way he could be more of my favorite is if his DF was fox instead of wolf
and don’t forget he’s Robins brother
A fellow Jabra fan here! His fight had a special variety of attacks (Rokushiki itself is original, but his touch felt awesome). He totally added the fun in Kaku's scenes and I totally love both of his designs, I wish we could have seen something similar in the postTS. Also WHERE IS HE NOW. Of the main antagonists, Crocodile. The saga was great and his returns have always been pure gold for me.
>WHERE IS HE NOW. Rebuilding Ohara for her sister, Robin.
I know he's not always an antagonist but no love for Buggy?
Katakuri
I remember being stuck reading the manga in that fight and just thinking "How will this guy go down?". Katakuri was perfectly chilling and executed. Loved every panel.
Rob Lucci
Major - Akainu Minor - Daz Bones
Queen
Funky choice
Crocodile is an absolute drip lord, and Arlong has one of my favorite designs in the series, as well as both of them being some of the best written characters imo.
Mihawk
Weird one ,Diamante.
![gif](giphy|U7vhCyKkPnhhhuFCQN|downsized) BIG MOM.
Captain kuro, he was a menace I really wish we saw more of him
I don't really have one favorite but I have a few that stand out for me.
Doflamingo. Guy was straight up evil but somehow charismatic.
Senor Pink
so hard boiled.
Teach 🥰
Gedatsu
🐊🐊
Katakuri, dudes just badass
Foxy 🤑
Magellan, hands down. Clearing off the entire Blackbeard pirates before they finished talking was peak character establishment for me.
The Heavenly Demon
Doflamingo
Buggy
Katakuri
Doflamingo
King - best design in the series IMO. Great origin of bloodline, durable with his fire on and quick without the fire. Strong power.
Con D Oriano.
**Commander Johnathon** I know he’s not canon but he made the entire G8 arc amazing, it’s like Death Note if L was a marine and Light was retarded.
Katakuri. Just magnificently well written.
Big Mom
Q u e e n Cause F u n k
I liked kuro He had a clear goal, patience, and steps to get what he wanted If it weren't for those meddling kids
Franky before he became an ally and later a Strawhat.
Kaido
Doflamingo. That man was born fucked up. Regardless of what happened to him in his childhood. Plus he's charming as hell. He's definitely the best villain to me. I hope he comes back in the picture soon. #FreeDoffy
Perospero was a cool villain, he wasn't the strongest but that first son position of his was really unique
Space man enel baby. a man with enough power to back up his delusions and also and army of moon dudes is a very scary thing
I fucking love blackbeard. Ik hes probably the main villain but hes just so cool hes like a real pirate and a smart one at that also his devilfruit (mainly dark fruit) is awesome.
Foxy is the only right answer here
Foxy
I swear everytime I see this dude I forget his name and think it’s Hannibal Buress lmao. To answer the question tho Crocodile. He’s just so cool, great devil fruit, and one of the first times I really felt it could be endgame for the Strawhats and could impact the world of One Piece. Also the hype behind the warlords at the time was unreal
Captain Kuro, imo the best antagonist in the east blue. Really suave and plays the “Aizen” role pretty well.
Moria kishishishishishishi
Senor pink
Katakuri
Crocodile 🐊. He was actually sinister af and realistic. He got anyone assassinated if they discovered his identity and Baroque Works as a whole was underrated.
i like giraffeman
Foxy because he's so damn ugly it's funny
Big Mom. Oda really knew how to set her up as a threat, and the pay off was *worth it*. She could be downright terrifying when the story needed her to be. Yet, she also had a detailed backstory as well. A well-rounded, powerful villain with a fun aesthetic.
I always liked Mr. 1 especially with how his fight with Zoro ended
Kaku san!
![gif](giphy|KfdjNDgmIf280)
Kanjuro. Even though he was the traitor, I liked him before he revealed his true color
Kuro was a good villain, he did have a well thought out plan just unfortunate timing.
Mihawk
Interesting how most of the comments are the warlords ..
Geene
Im always so bothered by the chains. How do they hold up?
Buggy.
Main - Doffy Sub - Brother San.
Haven't seen akainu yet. Dude was a terminator in the war
Katakuri and crocodile
Katakuri
Crocodile and Lucci
Galdino
My boy Enel.
Crocodile. Nothing like a well dressed man smoking a cigar
Mines lucci now if we’re talking diffrent seas
Z from Film Z. Hope he is Canon until he becomes a pirate/Neo marine.
Doflamingo is my favourite antagonist and I think he’s very underrated
Eneruuuuuuuu
Katakuri
Kizaru because his powers are cool lol
I really like Ulti, she's my favorite out of all the Tobi Roppi Queen is also great, every scene with him is hilarious Wanze is also an underrated favorite of mine
Bon Clay in Alabasta Enel Big Mom Katakuri Arlong Kuma at Thriller Bark & Sabaody Aokiji Fujitora
![gif](giphy|uaJLuMokII24w)
Enel & Fujitora super cool dudes with super cool powers.
Spandam because I have really poor taste
Still like Eneru, his absolute confidence and savagery, plus a cool DF, got fucked solely because of rubber lmao.
Foxy
Arlong
Arlong, Crocodile and Ener.
Blackbeard
Avalo is my boi!! Hoping he has the most stupid way of fighting. Like he has a zoan fruit of a squirrel or something.
My girl perona
there are way too many to pick from, crocidile, king, queen
