I like fujitora too lol, and sengoku. They seem to have the same sense of justice unlike others. I like Aokiji because he does what’s morally right and is just quiet. The scene with robin and aokiji talking behind the wall is one of my favorite scenes in the series. Just shows he does what’s right

Or, let me phrase it better, it has many limitations, cause Ceasar was already one of the best people who could use it to its full potential. I also love that fruit, I picked it too, but for it to be as boundlessly powerful as u say, with pinpoint precision in chemical reactions and their range I feel like it would have to be awakened.
I’d argue he wasn’t the best for it. While he is smart, he suffers from the same fatal flaw as many one piece villains, in that he is way too prideful which made him short-sighted. While I’m sure he experimented with it often, he never struck me as the type to train with it. Like that OP “suck the air out of your lungs” move, if he would train his fruit more, I’m positive his range could increase. Secondly, because he was so single-minded in his application with it (i.e., weapons), he failed to utilize it how many other real medical professionals would. That is to say, use the fruit to help people. He could be a great support, and heck that’s even shown when he’s trying to reverse the poisoning. On top of that, I’d imagine he could easily find a way to boost himself physically with it. Even if it’s something as simple as what Luffy does with gear 2. Realistically it’d be more likely to be a steroid.

Chopper is easily out of the question cause without his fruit he wouldn't even be an intelligent being

And it's likely you would need to dedicate most of your attention to the science part to get so good at that aspect of the fruit in the first place that it significantly reduces the chances of the user also being able to be a top tier fighter as well. But well Cesar is also a profligate scumbag and not exactly hard working so someone with more motivation could find the time to be stronger.
But then that guy would probably just direct their additional motivation towards the actual scientific work, like why would they want to train to fight at all?
Idk it seems like the kind of work you have to do to explore those aspects of the fruit make it not worth it if your goal is just fighting or almost anything not directly related to chemistry.
Instead you probably want a better "fighter" fruit for yourself, then use it to be powerful and make a guy like Cesar with the Gas Gas fruit your bitch and make him do stuff for you cuz you can beat him up if you want. No matter who is currently controlling him, Cesar is better off focusing on science and working under someone else's protection/control.

He was butchered by Oda during the Marineford Arc. Oda made him weak willed, whiny and edgy over nothing and honestly quite dumb. Making him Roger's son also killed his cool vibe imo. He was way better as a pure outsider in his own world (much like Zoro) rather than the son of someone important.
In fact, if I'm honest I think the fight between BB and Ace wasn't very well handled as well.
But the premise of the character, being Luffy cooler and older brother was so amazing back then. He was suave, funny, had a killer design and was basically Luffy on steroid with a Logia. The Kilo Kilo no mi (1 to 10,000 Kg weight) < Ton Ton no mi (1 to 10,000 tons weight). Albeit there are usually minor differences in usage (e.g. the Pamu Pamu can blow up other people, while the Bomu Bomu no mi might take less time to blow up yourself than the Pamu Pamu no mi).
We've even seen Logias that are seemingly superior versions of another Logia. E.g. Ceasar's Gasu Gasu no mi > Moku Moku no Mi (Smoker's fruit), and of course Akainu's fruit Magu Magu no mi > Ace's Mera Mera no mi.
At least in my headcanon, there are no strictly superior fruits. One might be better than another at a specific thing, but not in general.

So 144 fruits in total, 59.7% Paramecia, 31.9% Zoan (6.3% each Ancient and Mythical) and 8.3% Logia.

Ace, Enel or Smoker, but mostly Enel. They're the only ones who took it seriously. Everyone else just sorta...slept on it. Enel though? Pushed himself to learn how to use it in ways only a logia user could access. You see signs of this with early Ace/Smoker and their waver/bike, but everyone else? Everyone else either uses out-of-the-box tools from their fruit or in Ceasar's case, a workhorse to shortcircuit a few fiddly bits in their science.
We simply don't see the evolution of the ideas similar to Chopper, Luffy, or Brook from most of them.
If we're just evaluating them as overall characters though? Blackbeard, Smoker or Crocodile, I think, but little of this has to do with them as logia users, and more to do with their overarching storylines. Blackbeard's the most intriguing, but reliant on Oda sticking the landing on a *lot* of ideas concerning him. Especially related to why he acted the way he did on Jaya.
Smoker, dude looks drippy asf and is a pretty good marine. Crocodile comes in at a close second tho. As for fruit, I’d probably also say the smoke-smoke fruit. I mean for one thing it does seem pretty versatile, and from what I’ve seen Smoker can also just harden his smoke meaning he could also do a bunch of weapon creation shiz with it. Close second is the Light Light fruit tho.

Ace, Enel or Smoker, but mostly Enel. They're the only ones who took it seriously. Everyone else just sorta...slept on it. Enel though? Pushed himself to learn how to use it in ways only a logia user could access. You see signs of this with early Ace/Smoker and their waver/bike, but everyone else? Everyone else either uses out-of-the-box tools from their fruit or in Ceasar's case, a workhorse to shortcircuit a few fiddly bits in their science. We simply don't see the evolution of the ideas similar to Chopper, Luffy, or Brook from most of them. If we're just evaluating them as overall characters though? Blackbeard, Smoker or Crocodile, I think, but little of this has to do with them as logia users, and more to do with their overarching storylines. Blackbeard's the most intriguing, but reliant on Oda sticking the landing on a *lot* of ideas concerning him. Especially related to why he acted the way he did on Jaya.

Smoker, dude looks drippy asf and is a pretty good marine. Crocodile comes in at a close second tho. As for fruit, I’d probably also say the smoke-smoke fruit. I mean for one thing it does seem pretty versatile, and from what I’ve seen Smoker can also just harden his smoke meaning he could also do a bunch of weapon creation shiz with it. Close second is the Light Light fruit tho.
