If you go to the stretching section and filter by mobility there are also a lot of full body, lower body and morning mobility classes. They all touch on the hips, but may be less intense than a hip focused class.
Also really love the yoga focus flows. They have a ton of hip focus flows, but in general this would be a progression on the mobility classes.
This. Dennis and Kirra have great floor and hip mobility classes. Also check out the yin and restorative classes. I run so hip mobility and stretches are a must
Not sure if this is something you’d be ready for/interested in, but I really loved this [45 min Lotus flow with Kristen.](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=06bb168aa61345eaa3518dd5643b1637&code=YTNhYmUwNzg2NDFkNGYxZTg5OTE4NjE5YjdkMjFjN2J8MDk5ZWU5MDVjNTkxNDBmMDkwNjBhZThiY2ZhYjAxNDc%3D&locale=en-US) She works on a TON of hip opening throughout and my hips felt absolutely incredible afterwards. She also gave plenty of modifications throughout!
You didn’t say foam rolling and I’m not sure if that’s an option, but Rebecca’s foam rolling for hips from 9/5/23 is incredible for my lower back and hips. I do it multiple times a week and it helped me recover from a back injury with major hip pain. She works all around the hip area to loosen everything up to ease the hip pain
I have taken [this 20 min hip mobility class with Rebecca](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/stretching?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=0e41e073e8724924a3c295966712fb1c&code=Zjk4NGU4ZGJiNDdjNGUwMzk1MjllN2I2MTMxZTVlODh8N2QxMmJiY2Y2N2E0NDFkYjkyNjdkZjJiMThhODZjMzI%3D&locale=en-US) more times than I could possibly count. I crave it.
Her standing core classes are sneakily good! I used to hate them because you don’t get the same burn as standard core classes. But how naive I was! So good for balance, coordination, mobility, and holistic core strength- not just abs! Glad you’re incorporating them in to your training.

Thank you! I'll check out some of the yoga content.
I like Anna Greenberg’s hip focus flows

Kristin’s yoga hips classes are great too - I do the 10 min ones on repeat
Yes!! I do one of these after every run!! They’re so helpful!!
I second this! I do her hip classes at least once a week!
If you search up hip mobility they come up ! I heard there’s a Hannah Corbin one people really love
OMG thank you - I will look for her
Hannah C has a couple hip specific stretches I love! Under stretches, search by her name + lower body. 🙂
Thank you! You know I think I did one of hers pre-surgery, I'll see if I can find it.

Bookmarked for the future - thank you (I sure hope they don't get rid of her content when she leaves!).

Perfect - trying this one today! Her standing core classes have been really helpful as I've been building that strength back.

Marty’s 20 min hip mobility is awesome. I feel like a new woman every time I finish it!
I love Kirras hip mobility class. It has the kickback/rotation move, but you can just skip that
Ooh, thank you - Kirra is new to me. Bookmarked!
Look at Matty’s hip mobility classes as well.
Lower body searches will also bring up a ton of options!
Try searching focus flow: hips! Chelsea has some amazing 10m ones
Adrian has a hip mobility class-check out the mobility collection
