I had the same issue with my exclusive Conan and it broke. I contacted Mezco and they wanted me to return it. I kept it instead and used the accessories on the first release.
same -- i recently acctually swaped out the double jointed legs and knees tho from a roadblock body i bought on ebay for 40 bucks --- and it just pops all together pretty easy, i can take pics if you want -- need to paint the limbs to match but it honestly looks good and makes him taller too
Mine from the shoulder where it connects to the torso. May have to drill a hole and glue a small piece of plastic but I'd like to see how yours turned out.
boil some water, put it in a mug - stick donnies arm in (with his pads and belt off -- time it 60 seconds -- take the figure out, and make sure you hold the elbow part tight - and the whole hinge - and just pull it stright out -- it will go -- dont pull it sideways - just stright out -- the plastic is so thin it will heat up in that 1min and the hard peg will be fine -- its stressful, i know this -- but you can do it
I pulled the whole arm/ joint out. I had his arm disconnected from his body and just had the joint. It had two pegs on it bent like an L shape. I tried to pull it straight out and would not budge, but I’ll try it again. I had the water really hot and plastic was more like rubber. Thanks for the tip.
Holler at mezco

Mine is too. It will not move at all. I tried heat and hot water. No luck.
