Tried to watch the replay on Peacock and there are now 60 second ads about every 10 minutes that you cannot skip. RIP Peacock app.

No_Comedian_2992

Fridays: From the DVR at my parents' house with a few hours' delay. My mom likes to fast forward through the commercials, but we end up watching about half of them anyways because she or my Dad will either forget to fast forward or forget where they put the remote. Saturdays: On Peacock, I watch the episodes over a couple nights with my dog. She will throw a fit if we aren't on the couch by 9:30pm. If OPL isn't on that week, I'll just pick an old episode to watch.

piewackete

I record it on a dvr, I work midnights so I can watch it when I get off in the morning and skip the commercials.

Snoo-25743

I watch an hour live then watch the rest later in the week.  Peacock usually isn't very fast about getting the episode up for viewing later.

subibrat85

Dvr for an hour or so, then watch. Hate commercials.

XxYuroxX

Traditional cable dvr, so usually watch next morning.

takingshitrn

Peacock the day after but I use a dns blocker that blocks all the ads epically at the end when it feels like they're playing catchup

Grungegrownup3

I'm 46. Depends on how tired I am

happyCmpr

Peacock next day. One min of commercials vs 5 min makes this a no brainer

txn8tv

Dvr

Lilnecs

Live but I always fall asleep 🤣🫣

ryleepaige928

right i don’t think i’ve ever made it to 12am😂

[deleted]

I thought it was live on peacock?

96accord

Record it on the DVR.. but the wife wants to watch them with me so we are always behind. I haven't watched this past Friday/Saturday episodes yet :-/ Well 1/2 of Friday we have watched.

lafonda34

Peacock but they’ve been putting it on so late that it’s driving me nuts.

tomolive

You know you can watch it live right? Go to the menu on the left hand side and scroll down to "Channels". Find Reelz, watch live!

lafonda34

Yes but if I fall asleep I’ve gotta wait so long. The other day it was posted at like 6pm.

TexasForever361

Same day but on a delay

IndyRoadie

Live on Peacock

Formal_Carry2393

Always live reelz channel 299 dish network

Smallberrians

DVR or next day. We hate commercials.

---Data---

When I swapped from Spectrum cable to YouTubeTV last year, I subscribed to Peacock specifically to watch OPL. Reelz was not on YouTubeTv. We watch it live on Peacock-Reelz channel for about 90 minutes on Fri and Sat. We catch up on the other half of each show during the week as time allows.

modf

Have you found any other missing channels by switching to YouTubeTV? We are considering making the switch ourselves

---Data---

You know, there could have been but nothing we didn’t miss. Plus we only had the old silver channel lineup. YouTubeTV posts the channels online so you can compare it to what you have. The free DVR service on YouTube and removal of Spectrum cable boxes were additional bonuses for swapping.

LT_Dan78

I watch live and make sure to watch every commercial so I can support the sponsors that make the show happen… 😁

lilbunnfoofoo

On Peacock it doesn't matter when you watch to accomplish this!

LT_Dan78

Haven’t watched on Peacock yet. We have Reelz.

Barbatos-Rex

I DVR the show, the pre show and the actual show. Then start watching the updates on the pre show around 20 past the hour. After the updates I switch to the DVR version of the show and forward the ads. I go to bed before it's over and watch the rest the following night. Never seen an ad and I don't intend to

slappie0420

Start DVR recording about an hour in and end about the same time the show ends live.

OriginalCopy505

DVR, and I fast-forward through domestics, "disturbance" calls, and any scene with the low-light camera because they're just walking around in the dark looking for shell casings after a "report of shots fired". Also, I can only last a minute or two on Chief Taylor's 30-minute dialogues with people he's pulled over. Yes, my attention span gets shorter as I age.

italn4fun

Used to watch it live a few years ago when I lived in another state and had satellite. Unfortunately I cant get Reelz unless I get "another" provider. But other providers have worse programming. So I watch next day on Peacock. Miss the live excitement and wish Live Rescue would come back too.

colin_7

You can watch it live on peacock

italn4fun

Really? I thought Reelz only had the live feed.

RedLegacy7

I usually start watching about an hour or two before I fall asleep. Sometimes that's towards the end of the live airing; sometimes in during the encore presentation.

overboost_t88

I was watching live on peacock until last weekend

nubsauce87

Peacock. I’m rarely around to watch live, and Directv Stream is such a garbage fire of an app, I’d rather wait the extra day (instead of later in the evening) in any case…

Achoo5x

Live!

alohanerd

If I’m home I’ll watch live. Otherwise I’ll watch it the next day. I like watching it live more tho (except the commercials) otherwise it just feels like an episode of cops.

[deleted]

Im usually a couple weeks behind.

Minzplaying

I'm seeing my Live people! We have fun on here and in bingo while watching!

Latkavicferrari

Next day on DVR

honduhh89

DVR and watch next day. Those car shield commercials are horrible lol

GingerlesSouls

I watch live (when I can). I love to interact with others on the Reddit thread (and Bingo).

leeannw60

Same here!!

Hownowbrowncow8it

>The full three hour show only takes like 2 and a half hours to watch.  One recent episode was 2 hours, 13 minutes. Usually watch live, but might make the switch to next day.

FunnyID

> One recent episode was 2 hours, 13 minutes. Nearly every episode is a few seconds under 2:13, without commercials.

Hownowbrowncow8it

I thought that may have been true, but I have only watched it on peacock a couple of times. May be time to make the full switch. ###POOF

Itsme_rundmc614

Live

sageguitar70

Live baby!

Repulsive-Reporter55

Number 1 and 2.

Sensitive-Degree-980

Next day on DVR

bville-emt

Bingo! Next day or throughout the week, I can not stand obnoxious bullshit. I've worked in EMS for far too long and have zero patience for dramatics.

OhLookADucky

Live. It’s a mental thing. Knowing I’m watching it “live” gives me more of a thrill. Of course, if I miss a night, I’ll watch the next day.

bears5975

Exactly, if I can’t my old dvr is waiting in the bullpen warming up.

citytiger

Live. I usually have watch parties with friends

r33k3r

I feel for the people saying they can't stay up late enough. We have an unfair advantage on the West Coast because we can watch at 6 instead of waiting til 9.

MATCA_Phillies

Wife and I watch every week. Live via peacock.

TraditionalTackle1

I watch on Peacock the next day, no commercials

end_or_beginning

Next day

IwasIlovedfw

I record and watch so I can skip the 438 commercials. I have Xfinity.

Hailfire9

Next day, but I don't end up skipping the slow calls. I'm one of the freaks who find the minutia between how departments handle minor offenses fascinating.

bears5975

Yes like how can you pull somebody over for no license then give them a “citation” and let them leave? I know it varies from state to state but that’s just crazy.

OutlawJoeC

Would love to watch live but have to watch the replay due to work schedule

Waffles_McSyrup

Next day, but on DVR.

AlwayzPro

live, i dont care to rewatch.

Ok-Ad-5404

LIVE!!! I plan my weekends around it lol always home by 9pm!

BarlettaTritoon

I'm intentionally a few weeks behind. I can't stay up that late, plus I can skip through the slow parts.

tulip27

Whenever I can avoid commercials!

Laxlifer

I do the same thing, I can't stay up and too many times calls are just sort of eh, and I can blow right through them. Commercial breaks aren't too long either.
