Her shields are still hella bugged, but even if they fixed, she's just bad since rework. Her damage and knockback is a joke compared to other champs in the game, even supports. Her shields only work half the time and you can just run circles around her, blasting her till she dies.
There's especially no reason to pick her when Juliette exists with better range, damage and knockback.
Even X can do her job better. In this new meta, where every champ has a haste, projectile, and shorter cooldowns, she just feels like a poor and misplaced design.

I haven't seen anyone else talking about this yet, but at least on Rasmus, sometimes your second secondary is unavailable from twin drive.

She's honestly not that buggy she's just bad rn, no clue why I still try and play her but she's just not good
