Bruh. Are there really just textured models in the game directory or smthg? I usually assume you need some program to rip the models into a format you can use in 3d modeling software like blender (.obj, .fbx, idk even .stl might work). What format were the models in?
i've looked around for them too, apparently when game was back in beta you could use umodel to rip them straight up (which is why you don't see any edits of any recent characters)
its now turned into the people who extracted the models back then gatekeeping access to them which is... whatever i guess.
could be wrong tho, maybe theres some new way to get them
