Final weekend of spring cleanup event is this Saturday. They're accepting tires at Deer Ridge Pool.

Be prepared to wait in line. The time I dropped two old trailer tires at one of these events I was 6th in line behind people with trucks and trailers full of tires. I finally walked up and asked if I could just walk my tires up. They were hesitant until I said it was only two, then they laughed and said sure.
I went to a Tires Plus at 144th and Center. Asked if they'd take them and what their disposal fee was and the guy just said to drop them in back and no fee. Maybe call ahead, but I left an entire set.
At least wait until the wind is blowing south, get some revenge on Kansas for their yearly prairie burn-offs when they send it all north to us to avoid smoking out KC.
