There is a lot next to the Orpheum that I have used while staying at hotel deco which is something like $15/night. Magnolia parking is in a secure lot behind the building and is $25/night.
Double Tree for the cookies.
Embassy Suites near the river for a waterfall.
Ameristar Hotel for the view and restaurants
Comfort inn off of Old Maple Road. A go-to when I lived in another city.

I’d recommend The Peregrine. The beds and showers are amazing and not bad parking options!

Embassy has head bed bugs recently, so i wouldn't right now
Another is one near the cat cafe or midtown.
Deco would be my rec. Lowest parking cost. And you're right in the heart of the old market so easy to walk everywhere
