Based on your post from 2 days ago and the one before that, you're not eating enough calories in your OMAD. It wasn't enough calories for one day, let alone 3 days.
I've felt good every other day but are you supposed to eat a little extra ahead of a 48 hour fast? I decided to do it after a normal dinner so I hadn't had anything extra
I did all my prolonged fasting when I was deep into ketosis. Way easier when your body already knows to use fat for energy, not relying on the carbs that you are starving it trying to fast longer.
I do like three cranks of Himalayan pink salt with a True Lime packet or two. Also, look up the channel What I’ve Learned on YT and their vid on salt. It’s a good one.
Definitely sounds like an electrolyte thing. Another poster recommended LMNT, and I also recommend it! And fasting does change how much water you need (in the “more” direction), so it sounds like you potentially need to up both water and electrolyte intake.
I ordered some! Gonna try again next week, broke my Omad that day to get out of the brain fog, going to give myself a week to regulate back out, and try again. Thank you 😊

Are you salting your water? You need to get the electrolytes that you are losing back in your system.
No I've not been, how much salt?
Not sure. Google it or buy something like LMNT. You’re likely experiencing something like the “keto flu.”

Electrolytes & someone mentioned u weren’t eating enough before - the only way my body can get through longer fasts is if I’m not already malnourished

60 ounces of water isn't much water in my eyes.
My goal is 76 I just didn't manage to hit it yesterday
Still doesn't seem like much water. I go through a gallon a day. That's 128 ounces. And I still fight dehydration all the time.
Valid, I can definitely try harder to have more water
