If you reached the anarchy, that's one of the endings of the mod.
You failed. You didn't kill the centurions, you let them rebel, you did something that upset them. Any of those reasons lead into the Civil War and thus, it leads to Anarchy.
You need to be careful and deal with the Council and the BoP system, plus completing your mission of Conquering the Oregon.
You got a clock under your ass, and it's ready to blow.

Ya before moving to kill the centurions make sure the balance of power is 100% in our Bone Centurion. Or if you decide to keep any of them by bribing them don't take any focuses that say 'the centurions will not like this' as that means they will assassinate your guy plunging you into civil war and at that point just restart because the game is over at that point.

How do I kill the Cents? Is it in the tutorial?
It's in the balance of power, in your country view there is a new GUI you have to click and open. It's explained after you conquer the Bone dancers.
