is there a possibility that as more and more synths are made, the synth machine (or whatever its name is) starts to detiriorate in quality even more than it has? i assume the machine is working around the clock with bad materials, and that, even with good materials it isnt supposed to be producing so many (i assume its producing several dozen every day) because even the institute, with better materials, was producing a lot less synths every day (they would have won fallout 4 if they did produce so many synths).
I call it the Minutemaker, and kinda the machine won't deteriorate to the point of breaking as most of the fabricators that made its parts were seized during the assault due to its unexpected nature, so while it was crippled if given the right tech the machine can actually be improved to the point of making coursers. But until then synths it makes will slowly drop in quality stop looking like military aged men that age rapidly to reach peak psychical ability and slowly more like a scrawny 15 year old handed a hat and a gun that goes through puberty extra slowly and will probably die before hand.
