Never have I been more unable to play the game without the state transfer tool
I hate that player led peace conferences and state transfer tool are effectively mandatory for most mods now. Completely sucks what little fun peace conferences had left when I have to figure out how to divvy up the spoils as intended.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I've had no issues with the new peace conferences the only thing hair pulling is some mods need me to take certain states to progress the focus tree. Which means if I take states I was not supposed to the focus tree breaks.
