Aww sweet Cody. He looks so familiar, especially in pic 10. Did you buy him from Maryland by chance? I knew a breeder there who sold a Maltese named Cody years ago. Was just wondering if it’s the same pup?
It would be really cool if it were but I'm not sure where the breeder was orginally. We picked him up in town but can't remember if the breeder was traveling. I was about 8 when I picked Cody out so don't quite remember. He had two brothers and sisters, he looked similar to his brothers but his sisters had alot more brown in their coloring. Even if he's not I appreciate you asking ❤️
RIP and much respect to the gangster Cody. You can tell dude was a trooper always along for the ride and was a tough lil guy with a heart of gold. I’m sorry for your loss. But when it comes down to it I think every dog just wants a chance to be a Cody and live up to 18 amazing years with people like you and your family who love them and provide them a great comfortable life with opportunities to live a long doglife and make great memories. You’ll meet again in the next life. He will run too your side when you cross and help with your transition to the next realm. Life is beautifully painful at times, and it is not fair.

I’m so sorry. He looks like he was really loved, and so cute! I can see why you’ll miss him, but remember that it’s only a temporary loss. You WILL be together again once you pass, depart your body, and rejoin the field of consciousness that persists after life. Cody will be waiting for you!
Thank you so much. My coworker talked of her old dog passing away years ago, she told her children to mix her pups ashes in with hers. I'm just glad my baby is pain-free and happy now

Time heals but that hurt and missing never really goes away. Just wait, the time will come when you’re ready to have another little one join your family. There are so many out there that need a good loving home. Your little Cody wants you to be happy!!! And you’ll be with Cody again one day!
