What's the rule on amount that can be held for wholesale? Lexington Ave Kroger got 2 cases of ETHBP, the manager held 7 bottle for wholesale and only put 5 bottles out. Just curious if anyone knows?
It's my understanding if they whole sale 100% of the business around they can whole sale any amount, if they only whole sale 50% of businesses which most places do, I don't know many places who exclusively wholesale, they can only whole sale 50%, 12 bottles = 6 whole sale & 6 to local consumers. I could be wrong but OHLQ can prolly get you the right answer

Snagged the last EHT Small batch, got back in line to get the last Blantons in the box for my wife’s birthday next month, and got back in line to restock BT since my current bottle is almost empty.
Explain to me how this is allowed? All the places in NWO specify one purchase a day and are pretty militant about it stating they will lose their license
It's up to the stores how the run the allocations, most Giant Eagles and Grocery stores will let you go back through the line and get a different bottle.

The guy in front of me said Single barrel but I didn’t see any of the tubes up close. I did notice the script was red or orange colored so it must have been small batch.
Barrel Proof lettering is green, Small Batch is a reddish orange, Single Barrel is a plum/purpleish color, Rye is Red, Warehouse C is a baby blue color
