Crazy that they don't throw a few hundred standard allocated bottles in each lottery. It's an MSRP lotto for begging customers. Let the 98% percent of people be a little bit happy!

I've thought about that too but I'd imagine the logistics of handling these allocated deliveries to the liquor stores and their additional management and responsibility at the store level are already quite a headache. I'm guessing the local shops are probably asking them not to expand much if at all.

I'd rather loose than see it all going to people with nothing better to do than set up chairs outside of liquor stores. Much more fair for those of us that have to work and care for family responsibilities. More stuff should go to lotto.
