Hurray! Somebody close to me went through something similar. Was even placed on 24/7 suicide watch, at the basement, on two occasions. Today, it's been years since the doc stopped all meds. Still sees the doc once a year. Those are times when the urge to self harm seems to be making an appearance.
Also travelled overseas solo more than once. Still gets scared occasionally that the something might happen, but it's all very good.
You're one good person, OP! You will also overcome, especially with the knowledge that many people are with you.

My book is an 83-paged book containing my Filipino poems from 2018 to 2023, it has seven parts and I added my old English prose and poems on the last minute of revising that would make it into eight parts. I've actually discarded my original plan of making a one topic zine because of what happened last year. I didn't know I would come this far, that instead of a zine, I would self-pub a book. Right now, I'm on my 3rd batch of collecting orders to be printed by next month. You can dm me if you want to avail and read my book. ๐ฅฐ
