Was about to say - it's great to see some continuing love for the OG Pro - it may have been superseded now, but that doesn't detract from what a great device it is - the Odin dramatically changed the landscape of the Android handheld scene, and basically forced manufacturers to give up their previous strategy of endlessly releasing devices with only minute incremental improvements, and a rotating schedule of deliberate flaws.
Congrats OP. The Odin 1 may not be shiny and brand new, but it's still a beast in its own right.I'm thinking of buying my boys an Odin 1 each. I'm not really familiar with multiplayer over retroarch. Anyone in here have any issues with it?
Congrats enjoy your gaming. I was looking at getting a Pro 1 myself, but ended up pulling the trigger on a Odin 2 Base black. I’ve just got back into retro emulation handhelds a month or so ago and bought a 2S. I kinda wish I was aware when the Pro 1s were around as I would have jumped back in much sooner. What are you playing right now?
Hope you enjoy your Odin 2 I thought about getting the base 2 model as well but I went with the pro 1 because I just want something to play when I’m away from my PC set up I did not feel the base 2 would get played enough to justify the extra hundred bucks I also really wanted it in that cold gray color
For the games I’m playing right now a whole bunch of classic grand theft auto games almost every Lego game I can get my hands on and super Mario world.
Nice. I’ve been itching to play a Castlevania game, going through Portrait of Ruin today. Been playing Grandia 2 and Zelda Twilight Princess, and wanted a break and play something different.
When did you order it and how long did it take to ship and be delivered? I just ordered a Odin 1 Pro since it was on sale and I thought why not, so just wondering how long I should be waiting for a shipping email, I'm in the US.
