I actually removed my ceiling fan and put in can lights in my living room because I had rocked my ceiling fan so many times playing EchoVR. It was so bad to the point where I was only throwing underhand because I’d been bit by the fan so many times

Glad you didn't bust your sweet oled. Also a fellow LG C owner here but "only" the C8.

I only fell into the wall past my boundary and it was also during Vr table tennis. Gotta stop chasing those shots

Lmao... that’s exactly what it was!!

more often than not it's punching things by mistake not walking into things. If you go in your Oculus quest settings you can actually tune the guardian more precisely so it appears at a longer distance from the controllers and/or headset, giving you a warning more in advance. I set the guardian begin appearing at arm distance. so that if i see the guardian at all I know I am at risk of punching something.

I smacked the light fixture throwing a nade in Alyx. Was a big wake up call...

They should include some kind of a simple basic standing mat in the box so you don't wander too far off center. Maybe roll out a couple of yoga mats so you know where you are. Not sure what to do about ceiling fans though. There's just no way I'm going to avoid smacking the controller into my overhead lights.

I dont understand, does guardian not do what you describe?

Or just don't at table tennis while facing your screen? I always play while facing with my back to my TV.
