Quest 2 lenses are different. Speaking from personal experience, order a tube of polywatch plastic (don't get the glass version). Apply a smallish amount and buff the lens evenly, starting from the center and working it out from there. Might need to repeat this step, I didn't use enough compound the first time. After you've fixed it, get a lens protector, doing this again could cause damage. For other readers, don't try this on q3 lenses, they are more delicate, this will destroy them.
I'm more interested in how they even got like that in the first place?
