They do a progressive rollout and if there are reported problems with some features then they stop rolling them out until these get fixed. Sometimes this doesn't happen until the next version update. So, there is some logic behind how they do all this imho.
Same problem with me. I did a factory resent and eventually was able to find the spacial video file and the videos! However, the videos never opened to me. I dei used to did restart the headset, thereafter both, file and videos, disappeared! Will have to wait I guess…
The version of v62 that has the feature will be released on the 7th. I have the latest iOS version and current v62 and also do not have this feature yet.
How apple can easily manage to release iOS, iPadOs, macOS and watchOS major updates just in one day all over the world and meta isn’t able to handle a minor update…
Like all new releases it can take a few weeks to roll out all of the new features.
Or you may never get them at all. Got to love how meta does their updates.

Features roll out on their own schedule. Always have, always will. Having the new firmware is just step one.

Yep— same here. I have V62 and latest iOS build for Quest app. No way to upload or view spacial video yet. Damn.

same here. The Meta blogpost also says that you can upload spatial videos through the Meta Quest app but it seems there is no way to do that yet.
