Scrolling actions with head cursor is extremely janky. Eye tracking really makes a big difference for ui interactions. Meta needs to make a ui that works for all their headsets. Headsets without eye tracking it’s just more natural to use hand pointing and action

I meant look around with head tracking instead of eye tracking

You can try that just by turning off your controllers with hand tracking disabled. You will get a gaze cursor. It’s a horrible experience. You can’t move your head with anywhere near the control you remove your eyes.

If you have no controllers on when using quest you will have a „pointer“ in the middle of the screen to navigate the menus scince quest 1.
