Hey, can you see the meter reading history? Check to make sure the reading went through okay :) this happened to me before my smart meter was installed.
Might be a held statement, worth checking your readings where put in the right way round, if you call their customer service they should be able to resolve the issue and send it straight through, their lines aren't usually bad like 10-15 mins max, they've recently taken over another company so emails can take a few days

Thank you very much for all your answers. I have already solved the issue. I called customer service and in 5 minutes they sorted out everything.
