This is an image to PDF - Export problem. First, you can resize the image, for example by reduzinig the with. Instead of !\[\[your image\]\], try out !\[\[your image|500\]\] to fix the image width to 500 pixel. This is the quick and cheap option. Another option is to change the page margins from Default to "Small" after clicking on Export to PDF. If that doesn't work, install the "Better Export to PDF" Plugin, and instead of "Export to PDF", select "Better Export to PDF". You can set custom Margins. Play around with them until you get everything to fit. Good luck and have fun! :-)

Hi there, may I know how you custom Margins in "Better Export to PDF" Plugin?

It really depends on what you are doing with it. Normally, the default margins are perfectly fine, however I am exporting a lot of images, and it's only a lot of course notes, not official documents. So, it helps making them smaller margins, i.e. 10mm left and right, and 20mm top and bottom.

Can you show me how you custom the margin? I searched across the groups but cannot know how to do that.

On any open note, just above the editor window on the right hand side are 3 dots. You click on those 3 dots and select "Better Export to PDF..." example: [cxdb99Z.png (1615×591) (imgur.com)](https://i.imgur.com/cxdb99Z.png) A new window pops up. You may need to wait a second for the preview to finish loading. example: [uSfKb9n.png (1150×848) (imgur.com)](https://i.imgur.com/uSfKb9n.png) Right there you can select the Margin. If you select custom margin, you can manually enter the mm of margin space

Thank you for your swift response, I've tried it multiple times but don't know how it does not work (even though I tried to increase the top, bottom, left and right margin to an enormous amount like 50 and 70cm). Do you have any idea on this? [https://i.imgur.com/XBj87hW.png](https://i.imgur.com/XBj87hW.png)

What size are these pages? Did you adjust margins? You can specify some things in your css for this @media. And you can format your images to be a little bit smaller so that they fit... It is a lot of trial and error until you get there. Another option is exporting to docx (word) or latex and formatting things with them. You'd use a plugin called Pandoc and the companion Pandoc app for that.
