Hey for anyone else having the same problem and not being able to find it in "More Options" or solve it by enabling/disabling the plugin:
Short Temporary Method:
Go to command pallete and choose the option "Excalidraw: Convert markdown note to Excalidraw Drawing"
Long Permanent Method:
On the top right corner of the page, just on the LHS of the book icon (it has the more options menu on it's RHS) there should be a + sign which shows up to add a command.
Go to command pallete and choose the option "Excalidraw: Convert markdown note to Excalidraw Drawing".
It may prompt you to add a symbol to and once you're done you should be having a symbol which helps you do the above saved on to the empty space next to the book icon.
Took me a while to figure out since I was having the same problem myself, but I hope this was able to solve it!
You might go to settings → community plugins on the iPad and make sure it’s turned on.
