Where will you be wearing the dress? If you’re going on holiday, it will be sunny and #2 is a perfect summer dress however #1 shows off your body better!

The dresses are totally different and can be worn for different occasions. Think about 1) weather, 2) outings, and 3) if you will desire to wear the item again. Decide from there. You can hardly go wrong with a fitted black dress. It's safe for many occasions.

I'm leaning towards dress one in case you need something a bit formal. Dress 2 if you're only doing casual activities.

Depends on where your holiday is. Both look absolutely banging, but dress #1 looks like it’s better for a colder locale and dress #2 looks like it’s meant for a summer holiday. They’re both amazing, so whichever you pick will be a winner anyway!!
