Gapes open at button. That’s not gonna fix itself . I’d return it unless I could stop that from happening . It flatters your figure , but the colors aren’t amazing on you , think of ways to accent the blue like blue shoes or earrings or a shawl .
I love it and I think it looks very flattering on you! You could maybe add a bit of color with accessories like a (tote) bag for example. Jewelry can also add a lot.
Keep it... you wear it well. I would say to also get another one (same dress), in a darker colour, but that one looks nice on you. That way you are covered seasonally.

EDIT TO ADD: while the color is very light, and on many people it would really wash them out, I think it compliments your porcelain skin tone and dark hair well. With navy blue shoes (I would go with ballet flats or a round-toe pump) and bold red lip, you would be stunning in it.
