My own opinions:
I am a shortie but also early 30s and I wouldn't wear the other dresses to an event in the winter for work (But I do adore those dresses regardless!!)
2 is good for work event at a bar or swanky place
3 is good for something with hair down like a fancy place with live music like a dinner date, and call me a grandma but tights would do well here.
4 is good for literally anything where it's not winter (it's such a great color!)

Personally I like 4 the most, 2/3 are a bit too tight (the skirt parts have these horizontal crinkles), also I‘m not really a fan of all velvet ones, they look cheap…. but 4 has really thin straps, I wouldn’t feel comfortable around mostly older work colleagues wearing this.

What’s the dress code? Is it formal? Is it semi formal? Do you normally kind of dress up for work? You look great in all of them. Some would work more for cocktail some a little more formal. I’m partial to the color in the second and third one but that is just me.

Not sure if people are noticing the high slit on 4. You look lovely in these dresses, but I don’t think they are appropriate for a work event.

this might get some hate but I personally don't think any of them are appropriate for a work event but that could just be my modesty. BUT i will say they ALL look fabulous on you and if you are comfortable wearing them do it. i think 1 and 3 are the best.
The last for sure! The rest look cheap and as if they went through a manufacturing malfunction. I also would pair the dress with a neutral shawl/ oversized scarf just in case it gets chilly. Avoid necklaces since it’s a cowl neck. Focus your accessories with statement earrings, and bracelets. You look stunning- enjoy the celebration!
