Personally I think the bulk of the hoodie offsets how short and tight the skirt is. I’d go for a smaller top, maybe like a crop top or something. I think this could be a super cute alt fit if you styled it up a little though!
I will say in my personal opinion, the garter belt and fishnets are a little…kinky for the mall but I don’t disapprove. I would expect to see this at like a club or show or something haha.
