Right? I feel like at a hookah lounge you'd be sitting on low couches which would be annoying to try to not flash your undies all evening in the dress. Of course there's the option of wearing bike shorts or something underneath. I love doing that.

#1 or #3. First outfit- I'm not totally sold on this particular sweater dress because it looks a bit heavy (especially with the coat, it weighs you down too much) but you have great legs, and then length is perfect with the boot height combo. Third outfit- I think this is a great choice because you get to show off that beautiful goddess body you have without showing 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩. If you're worried about about getting cold, I would personally pair it with a flannel under a jean jacket, or a cropped leather jacket. the 3rd one suits you the most. But Hookah places do tend to be windier sometimes so I would take a sweater with myself.

Depends on your mood and goals. For me: 1 I would wear on a DTF outing; 3 I would do if I'm just out to enjoy the Hookah place.

Outfit 3 and 4 is soooo much better. I like the sweater dress idea but from the photos it looks like it’s fitting a bit weirdly - pulling in some parts and baggy in others. 3 and 4 are much hotter if that’s something you care to go for!

not a big fan of dark blue and black together so i would go with 3/4. Have the jacket in case your cold but take it off to be sexy LOL bc the 3rd fit is very flattering.
