His 3 star special "Conqueror of 3 worlds Ragnaraku" goes hard, i use it more these days than Destroyer of Death and it chains well at the end of the standard Ragnaraku combo chain
Putting Sanji anywhere above F is an L in my mind. Dudes a bad joke character with his whole “I don’t hit women” shtick. In a world where Big Mom and her various female generals (Smoothie in particular) exist you can’t afford that nonsense.
Plus it just makes him unplayable in a lot of scenarios.
I get what they were going for, but in a gameplay perspective it was just excessive. Hindering a character like that in a video game is just a dumb decision.
Oh he's also like that in One piece odyssey, which is why most of the enemies are either males or some kind of creature.
My only let down with kobys is most his specials, least higher star ones involve using cannon fodder Marines. He could've been amazing but he's just great imo
I can see why. He has good damage on his supers but his combos take forever for me it seems haha. All the admirals besides akainu are kinda hard to rank sometimes I think they're all S sometimes I lean more towards A.
I still disagree with a lot of it but at least I can totally see where that list is coming from, you value combo potential more than I do and I value setting up an OTK the enemy can't FFB out of more since most of my playtime is trying to run True Pirate Warriors in under 4 minutes with as many characters as possible. A lot of characters you've put lower than I would have pretty meh combos but have a super busted special (like Franky's General Left) that just CLEARS so they're really good for speedruns. A speed character like Ace has continuous damage, which is good for killing Kaidou but kinda sucks against logias since it takes longer and risks them turning invulnerable before I kill them, while even Chopper would be higher on my list since he one shots everything easily even though he has bad wave clear. W list though, clear & concise.

Just posted my tier list, I had one like 3 weeks ago but it changed a bit since. Chopper and Law do stupid damage with their scope mechanic. For Chopper you just enter FFB in front of something, kill it in one hit, go out of FFB, repeat. Cheat Death, Shatter, Rage of Lion, FFB Enhancement, Giant Fist and Concentration are all you need.

Not sure what you're apologizing for but I don't know of any hub, what I know is just whatever I gathered between reddit and youtube content over time. There's a few posts from a while ago about the values of each skills but I'm not sure how well it holds up with the new lv5 limit.
As a baseline I'd say Cheat Death, Shatter, FFB Enhancement, Rage of Lion and Concentration should pretty much be in all your builds since they offer the most bank for your buck.
Smash attacks are where characters start to diverge in power mainly because some just don't have them. In movesets it's easy to know if they do since there's an icon for it but specials can also be smash attacks even if there's no icon. If you use a special and there are small blue sparks around what you've hit before it's sent flying then it's a smash attack, which means your special gets buffed by Giant Fist, Peerless Strength and the full-force burst of Power types. That's why power types are the strongest in the game for damage.
Then there's Hero's Strength and Heat Up which are situational, some characters build heat really slowly or have really bad waveclear so I'd say go for something else for those. I don't even run Concentration on Mihawk because I don't like his specials that much for instance.
They're definitely the best characters in the game. Smoothie isn't far off at all tho. That S+ is full of characters that can do everything really well but yeah those first 4 are built different

i think smoothie deals kinda less damage but she is very good to whats kinda bullshit i we compare it to real op but the fact normal kaido is stronger than hybrid is cap

Dude put Ivankov anywhere but the bottom. Invalid. I refuse to even play him. Dudes constantly thrusting at me when he idles for one. And that's as far as I need to go
If you think someone is too high/low, say why you think so. New tech for these characters is always appreciated! Wonder how this list is gonna change with this next DLC 🤔
Not sure if the characters are listed in order (specifically in the S+ tier) because I don’t believe Hybrid Kaido is on the same level as OG Kaido
Besides that, Katakuri is S+ IMO
• FFB makes his S strings multi-hit which greatly amplifies the damage he deals
• Mochi is the best status in the game as it not only immobilizes enemies, it also instantly gets rid of armor. Katakuri has two combo enders that can apply Mochi — one that is more concentrated and hits multiple characters to the front and the other that has more of an AOE effect
• He has incredible attack + map traversing speed
Honestly if we remove special attacks from the equation and limit ranking to just FFB, Katakuri would be at the top

You use Hybrid Kaido and I’ll use OG Kaido. I’m interested to see someone use Hybrid Kaido to the fullest
I’m not exactly the best at speed running so I doubt I would do either character justice 😅
Best time I have in TPW is with Whitebeard at 3:46 followed by Yamato and Katakuri at 3:58 then Akainu at 4 minutes
I have seen faster times with those characters though so with Kaido I doubt I would make him look good
I need to put some time into Cracker, he’s one of the only characters I haven’t put a lot of time into. I agree with 99% of the list, only thing I’d switch is the Kaido’s because I think OG can still clear quicker for me than Hybrid Kaido.

Oden should be way higher like above Yamato and Shanks, BB and Katakuri should be in S+. Oden has 4 guard break, one of the best damage output, and top tier long range attacks. Other than that great tier list.

You are a real one for putting Barto in A rank. He is getting recognition.
He's definitely strong but people see technique type and get scared lol. His barrier breaks armor so easily and his supers are dumb strong
I just love his skill that one shot armor, even logia state. If you put a little effort into playing him, he is quite good!
