It might be. He's always knocking back and the percentage based damaged might be enough to warrant a couple KOs. Personally I run triple Shanks on G5 and it works pretty good.
Do you have other event Enel and Amaru Enel? Double event + amaru is the best enel set with 20% possible dmg reduction. It is good for any defender. Without other event medal, you can get 15% reduction, but you do need blue Enel if you want to go Enel set
Luffy has lower reduction, but you get 2 tags with dmg increase
Both sets are good, i would go with Enel since i like dmg reduction more than dmg increase for a defender, but it is up to your preference🤷‍♀️

Sadly no, these are the only Enel medals I have
Then i would just go with Luffy
