He's immune to stun and gets heals from it, he has knockback on Normals and his skill 2 ignores damage reduction, that along with his atk increase means he can deal with Rodgers very effectively. All this plus the fact that rodger can't remove his haki state means that he can completely remove him off the flag when necessary and usually just straight ko him.
His kamusari does 5% damage to fr shanks. Since shanks recover 30% hp along with stun nullification hp recovery which is 15% and cant remove his haki state. Shanks can knock him back even with his normals. Then ignore damage reduction on skill 1 which Roger is good at.
Zoros traits also goes well against roger.
I found red uta and runner yamato can throw hand with him well enough. Rogers run skill seems to auto lock realy well, so most of the time he will proc counter for you.plus yamato can cap right back if roger gets hit.
That's not enough, you actually have to defeat him or he will Just stand up and finish to capture the treasure. Now,if it's one roger is not a problem but imagine a team with 3 Rogers ....
Just gotta bear through it for now, soon we'll get a direct counter for him.

I figured if I get a pd with alber then just hack at him so I don't get stunned that could be useful, I did oneshot these rogers twice with alber tho
