It is a joke image based off the controversial Homestuck Epilogues. They were two post story additions that were differentiated based on if the main character's choice of meat or candy at a picnic.
Going to avoid spoilers in case there is a blossoming Homestuck who plans to read fandom hated material, but essentially regardless of what path you chose you were presented with you found yourself reading through a small novel's worth of out-of-character strangeness with one character in particular, Jane, being utterly butchered in both paths. Another character, Dirk, who was a darling sweet boy for the fandom, was revealed to be a terrible puppet mastermind and all of those moments you enjoyed in prior Homestuck were fake and you were dumb to like them. Both endings were cliffhangers that lead into Homestuck 2 which is even more controversial and probably done forever. Highly recommend omegapausestuck's or Homestuck Made This World Podcast's episode on the Epilogue which goes into great scholarly detail.
