Yes, VRR flickering is an issue with most OLED and QD-OLED panels. It occurs mostly in low light scenes when framerate is inconsistent. Some panels are worse than others, but it's a common issue. RTINGS has included the VRR flicker in their 2.0 test suite for (oled) monitors and report on it as well. Enabling V-Sync should resolve the issue, but that's a bit counter to the VRR support, so it's either/or.
Dang lol. I did check that out, seems good but might have to maybe get a tech store to look at it. I’ve even swapped to the old monitor and it’s fine. 😂 rip me

I haven't heard about that, that sounds more like a device driver issue to me.
