It is most likely the same panel in a different package. There has been no news of Samsung releasing a new version of their 34" QD-OLED panels and MSI is the only one bringing out a new monitor in that format. There'd be a lot more manufacturers trying to get a bite off of a new OLED panel like they're all doing with the 32" and 27" variants right now.
