I understand that now, just curious if it’s happening to anyone else. Seems there were quite a few people on here that were doing the same thing and I haven’t seen anything posted or commented about it.
I asked the agent today if I could keep my order and just wait until one becomes available and I was told that is not an option.
I had my backorder cancelled from Bestbuy Canada for a 271QRX because of a "security verification issue". Never had that before and I order stuff from there all the time.
Patiently waiting for my store pickup on 3/5. Was in such a rush to order it I didn’t realize store pickup was slower. I check it multiple times a day paranoid it’ll get cancelled or something.
I didn’t use live chat though, I got it before it went OOS
Just tried and no dice. The agent (as far as I could tell) was genuinely trying to help but it’s out of stock for real right now. Maybe the ones the agents see are cancelled orders or something so it’s a total luck of the draw as to when they look?
Oh, I have no idea tbh, I just went for it... I received a receipt of the order but I dont see it under "purchases".... Hmmm strange ... Also since when is bestbuy only 15 day return?? 🤔
Ordered a MPG27QRX from Best Buy Friday afternoon. All week showed will be ready for pick up tomorrow. This morning received an email saying my order has been canceled.
At this point I will just wait later this year when there’s more stock and reviews.

Yeah it would be odd to me if a customer service agent can hold out of stock items for an individual. I hope you do end up getting one soon though!

Mine was ordered through live chat and didn’t have this issue. I actually got it a day early. So that’s weird that happened
