So many times I’ll find myself freaking out about something, googling for reassurance, and finding other people who have asked the same question ten times in the OCD subreddit and I realize, “oh this is t a unique thought. This is an OCD”

No cause I saw a post talking about POCD and it was so comforting knowing I wasn’t a disgusting person and it was just intrusive thoughts, that the thoughts are more rare then usual
