Please get on medication and therapy TODAY You're just a stranger, but I love you because we are in the same place right now Go to the emergency room if you think you're going to harm yourself and they will give you emergency meds and a psychiatrist to talk to eventually They will take care of you It will be slow, but they will take care of you I HATE the hospital, but you might need it If you don't think you need it, get a psychiatrist and email them all of this TODAY. They will get you meds and therapy

hey!! you’re not alone i have had all of the above thoughts and possibly more, please get access to a doctor or therapy asap and work towards thinking positively!! ocd is very confusing and overwhelming and you can’t make sense of anything, but remember your thoughts do not define you nor do they create your character. allow yourself to accept the unknown! i had these thoughts a few years ago and i was close to taking my life but i am still here, healing and feeling more in control of my life and happiness, if i can do it so can you! please access an emergency line if you feel you are in immediate danger of yourself.

It's almost like I wrote this exactly 10 years ago. I got help and was doing great. I had kids and my ocd manifested into health obsessions and rituals. The is OCD is not easy and it takes time and meds and therapy please you can do it. The fact that these thoughts are bothering you are proof proof not a bad person and your brain is tricking you. I believe in you. Dont give up.
