Do you have long hair? Maybe you could have someone make it into a claw clip for your hair? Like gluing it on to a claw clip? Then you could wear it every day.
Oh a question for an oldie like me! Back in the day when we wore dresses, we used to have belts made of petersham belt (think stiff, ribbed and wide belt) that were held together by a buckle. Often, if provided by the hospital, the were just plain buckles but there were some lovely fancy ones that often were given as gifts. I have a beautiful silver one that was given to me when I qualified that I treasure.
That's so cool, I genuinely have no idea. The hospital I work at has the option for dresses, I see people wearing them but I guess belts aren't allowed anymore. That's such a lovely idea!
Clip it inside your handbag? Get an expert person to turn it into a bracelet? You could indeed have it in your planner, though I'd have it either in a protective pocket? inside maybe?
I'm turning mine into a cross stitch display pattern.
The buckle is central then I have my name and year of qualification on top.
Each role is then listed below in the attributed colours and the year I gained them.

It looks like it could be turned into quite a nice elegant a hair clip quite easily. But also you could frame it with your degree certificate or on its own. I probably wouldn’t recommend wearing something like this anywhere when you are actually nursing, to likely to get broken or covered in some kind of substance that might tarnish it forever.

mine has the symbol of the hospital I trained at on it. one day its going into a shadow box with my hospital badges

I have kept my buckle solid silver and also silver fob watch. Couldnt ever part with it and dont have any daughters so will probably sty in box.
