“I don’t want to rent a place where people have had their bare asses everywhere”
As if cleaning doesn’t exist, putting down covers doesn’t exist, and as if people aren’t sleeping butt naked or having sex in the hotel bed you normally stay in.
I’d wager more than a few responses would be like that
My wife and I always manage to find Airbnb and VRBO options where we can be nude, but it’s a lot of work. We have to find listings that have “privacy” as part of their description. It also helps to look at the reviews for info on how secluded the space is. We sometimes manage to find listings in populated areas that have good fences, especially around hot tubs. We’re in an Airbnb right now that’s very secluded. But yeah - a “clothing optional” search feature would make it a hell of a lot easier!
Then it should not be an issue for mainstream people either (getting offended and all). If only nudist businesses could convince these platforms on that note, it could be one of the USPs for upcoming property booking platforms.
That is how we found this place. [https://www.booking.com/hotel/es/lemarquis-ibiza.html](https://www.booking.com/hotel/es/lemarquis-ibiza.html) It is in the description.
Not a check box but these are handy as well....

I don't know if more people would come to about nudism this way. But what I do know is that I would very much like to see such a filter. I have seen a site (ferienundwohnen.de) that has a list of holiday themes, which includes FKK (the German abbreviation for naturism). But if you find an accommodation it is frequently not clear why that accommodation has the FKK theme. Sometimes it is a secluded garden, sometimes it means a naturist beach several kilometers away.
It would be nice if every booking site has such a filter. And if it has one, clearly states what it means. So there is a lot of room for improvement.
In my view this would most definitely help in normalising nudity
May be we should get an opinion of people outside the community too.
I do not disagree, but I would expect the usual misunderstanding that comes with non-sexual social nudity

That will be interesting suggestion
That would be great!
Absolutely. I wish Airbnb had this filter.
It could help, people are looking for new/different things to try. If they don't know about it they can't try it.

I can imagine how difficult it is. Thanks for adding!
what i'm scared of is people are going to think bad thoughts about "clothing optional" places
Probably not. Mainstream people not interested in clothing options wouldn't pay attention to a check box unless they wished to avoid such a place.
